"Ganyu...." Ganyu shivered in fear when she heard xiao's cold voice. She turned her head to stare at the dark haired male. She doesn't know why, but a few days ago xiao suddenly turned really cold towards his colleagues to the point that everyone was ignoring him in fear of being scared out of their wits.

"Y-Yes?" She nervously uttered.

"Who's next?" His cold voice entered her ears making her heart shook in fear. She never felt this fear from xiao, Although the man was already scary, it won't go to the point that she will shiver in fear.

The man also turned very merciless and heartless. He killed every minutes and seconds without rest. The man had turned into a heartless puppet.

Her heart was heavy as her fingers dance through the keyboard. She wanted to know what happened to him. She was desperate to know the truth.

"There's no more target, xiao..." Ganyu felt even more nervous. The fact that xiao finished this week's work was very concerning. There were at least hundreds to kill this week but xiao actually finished them all.

"What?" Xiao's brows furrowed as his face formed into a frown. Ganyu closed her laptop and stared at the man.

Th dou fell silent as xiao leaned on the wall. His mind wandering what was happening. Ganyu observed the man before speaking up. She was tired of seeing xiao like this.

"X-Xiao...If there is anything that's been bothering you, Y-You know you can talk to me..." She spoke while fidgeting with her nails. Xiao fell silent as he thought about his problem.

"Ganyu....I love someone." Ganyu's eyes widen when she heard what her colleague said. What? Xiao was inlove? The scary and cold xiao was inlove again?!

"What? Then why are you upset?" She asked confusedly. Xiao lowered his head to cover his eyes.

"That's the thing ganyu....I don't know if he loves me back." He slowly uttered as he stared at his shoes.

"So this person didn't answer you?" She drop into a conclusion while placing her thumb on her chin.

"Yes, and...He's also gone." His voice cracked when he uttered the word gone.

"Gone? What do you mean gone?!" She said while staring at xiao.

"I don't know...When I went to their house the other day. He was not there. The house was also for sale now...
The furnitures was gone." Xiao's vision darken when be remembered aether's face.

"Perhaps they just moved away?" She doesn't understand why xiao was upset.

"No....he left liyue. There was a note of apology, Stating we can't be together and we'll never will." Xiao's heart suddenly ache in pain when he remembered the letter. It felt like he had been betrayed once again. Is too difficult to love someone?! Is too difficult for them to not leave him? The first person he loved was actually the organization enemy that they sent as a spy. And he have to kill her with his own hand. But he couldn't! He loved the woman, So in the end he just let her go.

He got a big punishment after the organization found out of what he did. He was in a complete darkness for a month, Tortured and hurt. But the woman never came back. Wich further shattered his heart. And now that he was inlove again, He was once again ghosted? If this continues he doesn't know how long his heart can take it.

He will find aether and kill him.

"Oh..." Ganyu fell silent. Her heart suddenly felt uneasy.

"Do you want me to look for him?" She suggested. Xiao raised his head an stared at ganyu.

"Okay..." He didn't refused ganyu's offer. He retract himself from the wall and walk towards the door.

"I'll inform you if I somehow find him." Xiao closed the door after what ganyu said. Upon knowing the reason, ganyu suddenly felt motivated. So she opened up her laptop and begun typing.

She will find xiao's love interest.

But there was one problem. Xiao didn't tell her about him or his name. How is she suppose to find him now?

Xiao emotionlessly drove his car to who knows where. All he know that he wanted to take this heavy feelings off, even just for a couple of seconds. But he didn't realize he was driving towards a particular restaurant.

He stopped as he stared at the close restaurant. He had been going here everyday, Hoping to see aether smiling softly and wiping the glass windows.

He closed the doors and went to the door. He stared from the inside of the restaurant. His feelings mixed up and he couldn't understand them anymore.

"For fucks sake. I've only met him a month ago but I'm already falling for him this hard?" He softly mumbled as he covered his face. God knows how much he wanted to see aether. Is the blonde mad at him? Is he mad at him because of the sexual activities they had been doing? If that's the case they could always sort things out by talking. No need to hurt him like this.

"Xiao?" The dark haired male lifted his head to see the brunette amber. She was staring at him curiously.

"What are you doing here xiao?" She questioned. She was just doing her afternoon walk when she saw xiao's car, And sure enough she saw him.

"Hmm? Oh nothing. I was hoping to get some almond tufo." He lied as he removed his gaze from the cash register. Amber nodded and flung her bag to her shoulder.

"I see. Well there are other restaurants that sell almond tufo, Want me to accompany you?" She suggested. However xiao just shook his head and went to his car.

"No need, I'll go home." As he spoke those words he shut the door tightly before driving away.

Amber watch at the driving car before typing something on her phone.

She wanted to ask ganyu about xiao, since she had a week of vacation and currently didn't know anything about what was happening at the organization. And tomorrow, she will go back at work because her vacation already ended.

"I do hope he's okay..." She mumbled as her gaze focused on the restaurant.

She missed the food in there.
