Aether gently took the dishes and went to the kitchen to wash it. Xiao stared at the back of aether before laying down. His fever haven't cooled down a bit.

He roam his eyes looking for a blanket for he was shivering.

'Why did he took the blanket?' And was about to stand up when aether opened the door. Upon catching xiao standing up, aether raise a brow and immediately went to his side.

"Xiao...What do you want, I'll get it for you." Aether siad softly as he laid xaio back. The dark haired male look at aether a bit annoyed.

"Nothing." He said before turning his back at aether. The blonde sat on the edge of the bed and stared at xiao.

"Are you cold?" He asked and brush his hair off from his shoulder. Xiao nodded while hugging himself.

Aether felt guilt and before he knew it, his body already take actions before his mind could process everything.

A pair of arms wrap tightly at xiao as aether laid down with the male.

"Is this enough?" However xaio was frozen silly as his heart started to beat madly.

Aether's hair was on his shoulder, and his arms was wrapping around his body tightly to warm him up. His breathing tickled his neck.

Aether could smell xiao's scent from behind and that stop his brain circuits. What was he doing?! He's actually hugging a stranger?!

However aether can't pull away after what he said.

"I-I-I... d-don't think of this seriously! I'm only d-doing it because you said your feeling cold...." As aether said those words his cheeks was getting redder and redder. That was a shit explanation. If possible, he would like the sheets to swallow him whole.

Xaio was extremely silent as he stared at the smooth arms of aether. His heart was beating and his cheeks, neck, and ear were red. But strangely, he didn't feel uncomfortable. If this was another stranger he would have already pointed a gun at their heads. Maybe because aether was the one who look after him?

He shifted his position and face aether. His cat like eyes stared at aether's golden ones.

When aether was about to pull away from xiao, The dark haired male lock him up using his arms and tight hugged aether's waist. This time aether's brain stopped working.

"Don't.....Just stay." Xiao's flushed cheeks was starting to get more red. Aether nodded without a thought as he felt xiao's arms around his waist, while his arms was around xiao's head.

Xiao buried his face on aether stomach making aether squant his eyes. He was ticklish in the stomach, so he hoped xiao won't do anything.

Soon xiao stopped shivering and sleepiness was starting to engulf him. Aether stayed still the whole time feeling his aching back.

Xiao closed his eyes and let the maiden named sleep took over his vision. Aether felt the even breathing of the other male and sighed in relief. When he was about to pull away the second time, xiao's arms stayed firm at his waist almost making him cry.

Aether blink and soon the maiden transfered to his body so he slept while hugging xiao.

Aether groggily opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was xiao's tael colored hair. Memories of what happened earlier dawn into him, making his half sleep mind fully awake.

He wiggled to set himself free, but xiao's persistence arms stayed still at his waist.

"Stay." Aether suck in a cold breathe when xiao's voice entered his ears.

"B-But, Dinner?" He nervously said as xiao raised his head. The face of the dark haired male was back to normal, But his temperature was still the same. Hot.

Xiao reluctantly let go of aether. And turned his back at him. Aether smiled awkwardly before placing a kiss to his head. After planting a kiss he immediately bolted out of the door.

Xiao stared at the closed door, His heart beating madly. He touched his head and his whole being flushed.

"What the fuck?" He murmured feeling shock.

"Phew~" Aether sighed while patting his chest. It felt like his heart was about to burst because of the nervousness his feeling. His entire face was red as he walk down the stairs towards the kitchen.

After arriving at the kitchen, Aether yawned and stretch his body. It was a good thing its Saturday, and there is no work today or tomorrow.

He hoped that xiao's fever would go away tonight so he could go back to lumine. Pretty sure the other party is upset of him.

"It's just a cigarette it cannot be that bad~" He opened his mouth to sing as his voice echoed in the kitchen. He walk towards the refrigerator and pulled out a cabbage.

"Let's do soup? Uhh shucks. We missed lunch." Aether mumbled as he stared at the wall clock. It was six in the evening and if he remembered correctly, they slept at nine and woke up at six.

'I never slept in the day time, that long.' Aether thought as he retract his gaze at the clock. He was sure he'll have trouble sleeping tonight or worse, he might not get any sleep.

Aether side as he cleaned the knife.

Xiao slowly descended from the stairs and was walking towards the kitchen. When he smell the aroma around the air making his empty stomach growl.

"What is he cooking?" He mumbled and fasten his pace. Upon arriving at the kitchen he saw aether sitting on the kitchen stool and was braiding his hair. His long lashes flutter as he blink, His long slender hands dance around the blonde hair, A small smile was plastered on his face.

Aether lifted his eyes when he saw a pair of legs, and he met xiao's cat like eyes. His smile widen even more and his cheeks flushed, remembering what he did earlier.

"The food is ready." He softly uttered before he tied a loose knot on the tip of his hair.

Xiao nodded without much of a thought and sat down on the stool.

"After eating, You must drink your medicine." Aether added while placing the bowl of fish soup infront of xiao.

"Are you going home?" Aether hands stop in mid air and stared at xiao's face. The male's expression was serious as his eyes stared at his golden ones.

Aether smiled lovingly and peck at xiao's cheeks.

"Nope, I'll wait for you to recover." He said those words as he turned his back at xiao to get the other dishes.
