"Ready bud?"

Tommy scoffs, "As ready as I'll ever be"

Tyler ruffles the blonde's hair, ignoring the protests he got in response. He then opens the door and the two walk over to his car.

"What are we even doing?"

Tyler looks over to his brother, smirks, and says, "You're about to find out Theseus"

Tommy groans as Tyler laughs. They both get into the car as Tommy mumbles, "You take one Greek Mythology class..."

Tyler chuckles as he backs out of their driveway and leaves their neighborhood.

"Tylerrrr"

"Whaaaat"

"I'm bored"

"Tommy, it hasn't even been ten minutes yet"

Tommy groans and Tyler laughs. Tommy is a pretty patient person, but when it comes to surprises, he couldn't take the suspense. It was the one thing that tested his patience every time. Tyler knew this, but still refused to spoil what he had in plan for the two.

"Have we been there before?"

Tyler thinks for a moment, "Yes, but it's been a while"

Tommy groans again, "How far away is this place?"

"At the rate your going at, it's probably going to be about an hour for you"

"And for you?"

"For me, it'll be a solid twenty minutes, maybe twenty-five if you keep grumbling about it" Tyler says while smirking a bit.

"Oh fuck off"

"Love you too"

After a few more minutes of driving, with a touch of Tommy's complaints, they arrived at their destination. The two were standing outside of a small pizzeria with the words "Pisa's Pizza" in neon lights. The building was surrounded by other stores directly next to it, making it not that noticeable when passing by.

"What is this place?"

Tyler looks down at his brother, who was clearly confused by the sight in front of him. He only laughed, causing the younger to look up at him.

"I figured that you wouldn't remember this place. We mainly came here when you were really young. I actually didn't remember how to get here, so I had to ask mom to send me the directions"

This response clearly confused Tommy even more.

"So, why'd we come here exactly?"

"Simple, because I wanted to" Without saying anything else, Tyler walked over to the door and opened it. He then turned back to look at Tommy who was still standing in the same place, visibly shocked, "You coming?"

He then watched as the blonde snapped himself out of it and shoved his was through the door that Tyler was still holding open. He watched as his brother walked into the small restaurant, almost absorbing everything that the place had to visibly offer.

"Come on Tommy! Let's go to the arcade!"

The toddler giggled as his older brother dragged him out of the booth they were sitting at. The brunette then looked back towards his parents, mustering up the best 'puppy dog' eyes as he could while asking, "Is that alright, mom? Dad?"

The two adults smiled at the sight of their two sons holding hands with each other, eager to go check out the small arcade that the place had to offer. Without a second thought the woman says, "Of course Tyler, just make sure that you keep Tommy right next to you. And Tommy, don't run off anywhere without your brother. Okay?"

"Okay!" The two boys say in sync, as they run over to the neon, lit arcade. Laughter was heard all around the restaurant, considering its smaller size.

Tyler remembers that day vividly. It was the first time they had been to Pisa's Pizza, and he was even able to win him and Tommy a prize from the claw machine. Tommy got a small stuffed cow, while he got a small stuffed pig. Tommy lost the thing years ago, but Tyler still had his. After that day, their parents tried going with them once a month. Obviously, as the years went on, the busier things got. However, Tyler had been waiting for the perfect moment that he could bring Tommy back to this place.

"Tyler!"

Tyler then blinks, and is still standing by the door. He then glances over to his brother, who is looking at him with a slightly worried expression on his face.

"You okay?"

Tyler smiles, and walks over to where his brother was standing. He ruffles the blonde's hair, a habit he caught himself doing more often, and said, "Yeah, perfectly fine. Now, let's sit down and eat, I'm starving"

Tommy smiles back at him, as the two walk over to a booth and sit down.

Tommy needed a break.

And Tyler was glad that he was finally receiving one.
