LISA

Sunday passed by real quick! It is a brand new morning as my heavy eyes are so hard to open from last night's drink with Somi as the sun rays directly hitting my face. It was a great conversation with my childhood classmate for a two-week class tho I felt that we already knew each other for years.

I stretched my limbs and was shocked at the moment that I felt a hand around my stomach as my eyes grew wide. I looked at the person on my left side bed and saw a human form under my white blanket.

"sh*t!"

I quickly looked at myself to check if I'm still wearing something and let out a satisfying breath when I saw that I'm still wearing my last night's casual clothes. I tried to remember everything after my long conversations with Somi yet my mind was too fucked up because of my hangover for I can't think straight.

I pull my hair in desperation that maybe I had a one-night stand with a random girl like I used to do after a long night drink.

Or maybe ...

I pull out the blanket for I knew that I was right!

Somi: "what the- please I need to sleep!"

She irritably got up and looked at me naturally like she knew all along that she slept with me last night.

Somi: "what's with that look, Lisa?"

Lisa: "and how the hell happened that you're here beside me? do you mind explaining it to me, young lady?"

She tied her hair into a bun and quickly got up. I was relieved when I saw her still in clothes. She looked at me and crossed her arms.
Somi: " First of all, good morning Lisa and you slept at the bar in the middle of my story and you're welcome."

She turned around and went to the kitchen, rummaging inside my fridge.

Somi: "no foods but beers? for real? I'm starving! "

Lisa: "and who stocks some foods in a hotel?"

Somi: "you're unbelievable!"

Lisa: "fine! there's a spare brush in the bathroom and here's my shorts and my hoodie!"

I let her borrow my extra clean clothes and knew what I was trying to say.

Lisa: " please be quick, we will be having breakfast at my mom's cafe' but let me remind you-"

I paused as she looked back before entering the restroom to hear my words.

Lisa: "don't call me by my name but Lili cause no one knew that I am the owner's daughter, arassso?"

She nods while smiling from ear to ear then gave me a flying kiss.

Lisa: "just remember all the details I told you okay?"

Somi: " yes mommy!"

She answered in a baby's voice and I patted her head.

We entered the cafe' with her hand clinging on my arms and to my surprised, my friends are already inside the cafe'.  I am hesitating if sitting with them is a right decision or I will pretend I didn't see them or take a seat on the other table but then Somi dragged me on the table for two seats.

While Somi was having her quick shower in my apartment, I texted Jeon and Seulgi to take care of Roseanne for a while until our problem die down which they definitely understood.

We exchanged nods as my eyes met with them except Roseanne who stayed looking down when she saw me.

Somi: "you knew them?"

Somi quickly asked me while looking at them.

Lisa: "they're my friends"

She was shocked at my answer as her mouth in agape.
