IRENE
I woke up and left early. I didn't bother to tell them specifically her but I sent Jisoo a message, after all she's still my boss. I know that I shouldn't be acting like this but I couldn't bare to see her today. I felt betrayed but at some point, I know it's my fault.
I assumed too much that I misunderstood everything that happened around us. I misjudged her actions, and I was too confident over mine. So, in the end I hurt myself with my own intuition.
I was driving so slow, enjoying the sea breeze that brushes through ny face. That alone somewhat gave me a relief. Not until my phone constantly rang, and messages are popping out.
I choose to ignore it, and park my car just enough to see the trees swaying, the birds chirping and the waves right before my eyes. Took my time feasting on a peaceful scenery till the sun rise.
"Isn't it nice to start a day with someone?" A voice suddenly destroyed everything, not far from me.
"You went home last night?" I whispered as she quietly stood beside me.
"Lisa and I did. But I stayed with Eden since Mina and Lisa need to be back at the camp last night." I smiled how she sounded enthusiastic. They must've spend days with Jisoo's daughter most of the days. And that must be the reason why Lisa went back late.
She went out that night without uttering anything. I waited, I waited till she comes back yet I didn't even know that I fell asleep waiting. And it surprised me earlier, she came back and even slept beside me.
"And Jisoo?" I asked again, but she just chuckled.
"What does that have to do with Jisoo?" She asked yet I couldn't bring myself to talk longer. "Are you bothered about her?"
"It's not like I have something to be bothered off." The way her lips moved, she has more things to say yet she remained silent and look at me.
"Since when did you hesitate talking, Jen?" I chuckled as she hug me from behind. And she heave a heavy sigh.
