Revealing the UNREVEALED

The Past Friendship.....

The reality of my identity which I was hiding is eventually revealed. I can't keep it hidden for long.. I have to reveal it in order to get in depth of the case.

Lilly: So this is how you were going to do everything?

Jessy: Ginny... Layana...Ginny... What's going are you going to explain anything?

She snapped at me.

Alan: Wait the person, Ginny Gilbert whom Iam searching from days is here? Layana did you find her?

Layana: Ginny Gilbert is me.. I'm Ginny..
I turned to the group
Guys my real name is Layana Rhyme, FBI agent.

The seriousness of the situation made everyone silent but soon it was broken by sudden outburst of anger...

Lilly: Wait I don't understand this, how are you an FBI agent and why didn't you tell us?

She asked me narrowing her eyebrows.

Layana: I am a secret FBI agent, and do you really need to ask me this Lilly? Jake is wanted by the government and if I told you all that I work for government, would you all trust me anymore?

I walk towards Jake but he immediately takes a step back..

Jake: Do I really need government to find me when someone works for them is already here!!!

Layana: You know that I'm not going to harm any of you, and that you can trust me.. I risked my life for you all and still risking it for Hannah..

Jake: You're forgetting this is your profession...

Layana : I am really sorry, ok,  I'm just trying to find Hannah!

Jake: That's the problem you were only trying to find Hannah,  you played with our feelings and with our lives it's your daily game..

Even listening to his words hurt like hell, no it's not true, I wasn't playing with anyone's feelings, I really cared about everyone in Duskwood, and I really didn't mean any harm to anyone..

Layana : That's not true!!!

I said rapidly, I could feel tears rolling down my cheeks

Jake: It is, you do it everyday to get new information, I should have thought, but before I could, you already blinded me with your emotional speeches that you use with everyone, everyday.. doing your daily profession huh..

Layana: Exactly! If I was just trying to do my daily profession, you would be in jail right now...

Jake : I can't even trust you now Ginny.. Oh I'm sorry... Layana Rhyme... How do I know that you're not lying about this?  And you're not here to catch me?

Layana : Enough is enough.....I delayed it a lot, but not anymore, I'm going to end it now and find the real perpetrator and get out of this crap...

Alan : I was informed that an agent from FBI is coming here to investigate the case but I haven't even imagine it in my dreams that you might be here.. That I might be able to see you again... So you were associated with hacker?  Being an FBI agent huh!!

Layana: Well I don't help anyone without full research of their background and he's innocent tortured by the situation... I'll prove him innocent sooner or later..

I glared at Jake.... I could sense his angry expression is turning into guilty one..

Richy : Ginny I mean Layana... Who hid this from all of us? From me?

Layana : You all were strangers for me... And besides you all will trust a normal Ginny Gilbert rather than FBI agent Layana Rhyme... Isn't it??

Silence prevailed in the surrounding...

Alan : Do you know why Hannah sent your number to her boyfriend?  Because as per I know you don't know who Hannah Donfort is!

Layana : Yeah you are right I don't know her. And I am quite surprised that if anyone needed help they contact my other number which I have professional purposes and not my personal one!!

Alan : Don't worry we will figure it out together.

Layana: And Alan I didn't expect it from you?

Alan: What do you mean?

Layana: Hannah called you on the day of her disappearance!!  Only if you have taken her words more seriously,she might be here...  Ok leave that one... You didn't even looked into the case till you got to know that certain girl named Ginny Gilbert is involved.. And after that instead of investigating further you started harassing me with calls and messages? Strict action could have been taken against you,  but keeping our past friendship in mind, I'll let go off this... And yeah where's my cup of coffee which you told!!

Alan: Harassment is wrong word you are using.. And yeah it's a big fault on my part.. And I'm going to rectify it by assisting you... And about your coffee the offer still stands....

He says winking at me

Layana: Do you know I was happy to contact you again somehow, to hear you again but my happiness didn't last long... You were keen on talking to other girl... Uggh whatever now!!
It's already late I have to talk to Ted Madruga.

I turned around my way inside the police station but was stopped by a voice

Alan : Before accusing me.. Let me remind you Miss Layana Rhyme you were the one who left.. I was there .

Layana : I LEFT BECAUSE I WAS PISSED AT YOU BOTH, NOT BECAUSE I STOPPED CARING
Now let me remind you Mr Alan Bloomgate we are here to investigate the case of a missing girl not to discuss our past relationship.
Alan do you want to join me?

Alan : I have to ask some important questions here.. You can go head..

And with these words I went inside the police station.
Others were just listening in sheer shock

After all those long years when we parted our ways from military camp after our last mission together, I saw her now... The same outspoken and more strong girl, with only noticeable change... her eyes... I didn't ask her about her eyes... Why and how her eyes are different..I'm sure she might be up to something and purposedly  did that...

Alan : Do anyone of you knew that Ginny and Layana are the same person? Mr hacker you might be knowing I think?

Jake: I didn't have any idea.. Even I was wondering how could she hack into Hannah's cloud so easily and dig out so much information in short time....and why I couldn't see any of her chats except the one with duskwood friends.

Alan: Yeah she's good at hacking stuff and all... I could have arrested you now!!  But she told she will prove you innocent and I'll not do anything against her... I don't want to loose her trust once again.

Jessy: Can I ask you something Mr Bloomgate?

Alan:  Yes Miss Jessica

Jessy: Did you happen to know Ginny I mean Layana before ?

Alan: Yeah we were at same military school and we served at military campus..

Thomas : U mean she's an ex military Girl?

Alan : Oh yeah...

Dan: She's not a damsel in distress but she's a damsel who can put everyone in distress...

Phil : That's my girl...

Alan : Can never yours..

Cleo : I can see you both don't talk to each other now??

I thought if she didn't tell anyone about us then how can I  say about our past.People always change and sometimes friends turn to be strangers but the all the memories never change.

Alan : Yeah some complications never mind.
