The next day, bright and early, Daiyu sat out on the balcony of her and Akira's room drinking some tea and having some breakfast while overlooking the beautiful scenery. It was a rather cool morning and there was a gentle breeze, which she was enjoying.

Akira rolled over in bed, letting his arm hang off the bed. He slowly opened his eyes and patted the bed looking for his wife. His eyes drifted over to the balcony where she was sitting. "How long have you been up?" He asked his voice groggy with sleep and his hand went over his mouth to cover up a yawn.

Daiyu turned around and smiled, resting her hands on the back of the chair. "Oh, I couldn't tell you how long but it hasn't been that long since the sun came up. You were tired so I didn't want to wake you but there is breakfast if you wish to join me." She motioned to the spread that was on the table beside her.

Akira sat up, running his hand through his hair and stretching his arms over his head. "I take it that the rest of our time here, will we be having breakfast in our room?" He stood up and walked over grabbing his robe and pulling it on, not bothering to tie it since it was only him and his wife.

Daiyu admired her shirtless husband's chest as he got out of bed. "Yes, it was just too awkward at the breakfast table so I think it's best to avoid those types of situations at all costs." She wanted to avoid Raymond and Leshay, they just rubbed her the wrong way and she already had to deal with them until the wedding.

Akira smiled as he walked over to his wife. He pressed a kiss into her cheek before sitting down and pouring himself some tea. "How did you sleep?" He asked, leaning back and sipping from the teacup, letting the warm liquid warm him up. It was an oddly chilly morning but it was also refreshing. He figured another storm was going to come in, which he was hoping it wouldn't.

Daiyu picked up a strawberry and took a bite out of it as she looked at her husband. "I sleep well. It was the best sleep I've had in weeks and was so much better than the ship." She was glad to be on solid ground and not on the rocking ship. "How about you? How did you sleep? I suppose you slept well because you didn't wake up when I got up."

Akira chuckled, taking a few more sips before setting down the teacup."I did sleep well." He flashed her a smile, taking a bite out of a shiny, juicy red apple. "I was thinking, maybe we should go for a ride on Kura Kura and Belimissa. I am sure they are wanting to get out of their stall and I want to see more of the kingdom." He suggested, resting his elbow on the table then rested his chin in his palm.

Daiyu was surprised he had suggested riding. Not that she didn't want to do it, she had been wanting to see the kingdom, she didn't think it would come to mind after the eventful previous day. "Sure. I'd love to. After breakfast, let's get changed and go!" She smiled softly. "Oh, how was your hunting trip? I heard it was eventful."

Akira was glad she had agreed to go riding and took another bite out of his apple, laughing. "It was eventful alright. I will say that Raymond made the atmosphere hostile whenever William would say something. I feel bad for him." He was beginning to realize that William was not over his sister.

Daiyu placed her hand on his arm. "William still loves your sister, doesn't he? Even though she has passed on, from what Kalirene has said, he could never grow to love someone else like Rosalya, even if she was a sweet girl." She could understand that type of love because she could never love anyone else but Akira.

Akira sighed heavily as he pondered what she said. Could he say for sure that he still loved her? "He was young when she died, I don't think a nine-year-old could love Janessa as I love you. I suppose the only love he could have had was that of a friend or sister. She's been gone for eleven years, I can't say one way or the other, only William can." He replied, scratching his cheek.
