ARABELLA'S POV"Lucca—" I whispered softly, looking at him as he quickly concealed his broken and torn expressions back to cold and detached ones.
"We'll go see her after we are done here." He said with a clenched jaw as I could clearly tell how much this was affecting him.
"We could do that later, first we need to go." I said earning no reaction from him, knowing that he's probably having a hard time reacting to this information.
It wasn't any easier for me either.
Aunty Isabella had been a mother to me and the information was breaking my heart as the burden of her health seemed to make me blame myself more and more.
"I need you to call them all back." I said looking at Alexander who in return raised his eyebrow at me questioningly.
Do they think I'm dumb?
"I'm sorry but I'm kind of having a very hard time believing that out of everyone, You and Dante had no idea about where the rest are. Those three themselves probably don't know that you know their exact location, but I am sure as hell aware that you knew exactly where all of them are. So do us all a favour and get them back here." I said calmly as my arms came to fold in front of my chest.
Dante and Alexander didn't once look away from my daring gaze while holding an almost provocative one of their own.
"You are way too sure for your own good princess." Dante said tauntingly, causing me to let out a humourless laugh.
"So you guys would also not admit that both of you sent out a search for Lucca and I since last year, right?" I questioned smirking causing them to smirk back at me but I was also aware that my rude and disrespectful attitude was affecting them very much.
"You what?!! You knew these two were alive?!! And for fucks sake you both knew where the three of our brothers were all this time?" Mason angrily asked Dante and Alexander while everyone in the family were looking at them for answers with their faces contorted in disbelief.
"We had our doubts—" Alexander said dismissively while his scrutinising gaze still didn't look away from me.
Seeing that he didn't answer Mason's question made my smirk grow even bigger.
"So call your men to get them back, it's time for a family reunion." I said as I took Lucca's hand and made my way towards the door.
"Where do you think you are going?" Elijah said, making me stop as a sigh left my mouth.
Turning around I came in contact with the hard burning glares of my brothers which automatically made me glare right back at them.
"And why do you think I am obligated to tell you about my whereabouts?" I said, causing the guys to fall into another state of shock except my four older brothers, and my uncles, who looked clearly displeased by my reverting back.
"Oh so the little princess has got a backbone now huh, but you might wanna watch your tone when you talk to us." Alexander said smugly with a glint of anger in his eyes.
If I was the old Arabella I'd probably start shaking and starting apologising to them, so I just did that, you know for some quirks—
"Oh I am so sorry, I didn't mean to upset you." I stuttered out trying to not sound sarcastic as I purposely contorted my face in a way like I was about to cry.
But they all see right through my act as now they were all clenching their fists angrily at my rudeness.
Oops, gotta work on my acting skills—
