Chapter 5 - Party

Maddie

I arrived and there he was. He was in the pool with the guys. Damn, he looked hot shirtless. Oh my god. What the hell is going on with me.. no. He's ugly, I hate him.

I saw Alyssa so I went up to her and started hanging out with her until George came, obviously to bother me. "Hey, blondie and Alyssa." "Hey, George." Alyssa said. She didn't really care about George telling Karl about my feelings. I don't blame her. George and I hate each other. "Okay.. next up is.. Alyssa, the one who is paying me for this!" The DJ yelled.

I was about to walk away until George held on to my arm. "Where you going ? You didn't even say hi.". I rolled my eyes and I was fighting to get him out of my grip. It tightened, great. "What do you want, David?" I asked. "Nothing, I just miss the old times, you know ?" "What old times ?" I asked confused. Is he drunk ? "You know, the times where we didn't hate each other and we just used to pick on one another ?" He said. "Are you drunk ?" I asked as I stepped closer to him and whispered "Look, Davidson. I hate you and I always have. I don't know in which universe you heard that I didn't hate you, back then. Please don't tell me you didn't hate me..?" I said. "I was just messing with you, goodbye now.".

George

I walked away, obviously heartbroken. But, can I blame her ? I heard her name being called up to the stage. It was her turn to sing. I was with . She started singing.

"Woah." Josh said. "What ?" I asked. "Are you seriously enjoying this ? I thought you hated her." Josh said. "I like her." I blurted out as I mumbled. "What?! No way! Oh my god! Ship name... hmmm.. BRADDISON! Perfect!" I chuckled. "You hang out with Charli too much." I told him.

It was the end of the party. Bryce has been acting really weird. I brushed it off.

It's been a little while and I developed feelings for Taylor, yes, Taylor Holder. I'm not gonna lie, I am starting to like Bryce a little. I know, it sounds weird. But, it's true.
