"Any sign of Naomi yet?" Mr. Lopez asks seeing his wife rush around the kitchen to make as much food as she can, what ever Naomi wants these next few days she can have.

"No, she's still upstairs." Mrs. Lopez sighs out sympathetically.

"Ahh poor thing, she didn't deserve what did to her." He says as he fixes himself a plate, earning a disappointed look from his wife before she smacks him away harshly.

"Oye culo gordo, save some for the girls." Mrs. Lopez snaps, before rolling her eyes. "She's going to be upset, so I made her comfort food." She tells him before rushing to the oven to take out a dish.

"Well, Naomi may be sad but at least she'll be uncomfortably full." He replies as he shovels some of the waffles she made into his mouth. "Waffles, Bacon, and Stuffed Bell Peppers?" He questions as he sees his wife put down the dish.

"This is for me." She cries out reluctantly as she points down to the dish. "Breakups are moms crying with her daughter stuff, and with Naomi living with us away from her mom and our daughter not willing to talk about her emotions with anyone but Naomi... So, when Naomi comes down she and I will have a good cry. And it'll be nice." She tells him optimistically not noticing the weirded out look she was getting from her husband.

"Well, you look beautiful when you cry." He tells her trying to get her to cheer up a bit because Naomi wasn't even down here yet.

"Really?"

"Sure!" He tells her with a fake, non convincing smile.

Santana walks down the stairs with Quinn, and silently they make their way to the kitchen. They let Quinn spend the night because after Naomi harshly dumping Sebastian they weren't sure how she would react, but Quinn really wanted to be there for her no matter what.

"Morning, how's it going? Any sign of her yet?" Quinn asks as she walks in the kitchen fully, standing at the island and staring at all of the food shocked.

"No, not yet." Mrs. Lopez answers.

"Waffle?" Santanas dad offer, holding one out to his daughter awkwardly.

"No, I'm too upset." She declines before grabbing the plate and walking away. "Oh, when she does come down though, I found this for her." She tells them holding up the stuffed rainbow blobfish.

They won it at the fair years ago, and they chose him because he was colorful and because Naomi felt sad that no one else would.

"Ohhh, Herbert. I haven't seen him in a while." Quinn gushes as she walks over to grab ahold of the stuffed animal.

"I guess we probably aren't going shopping this weekend to scout out prom dresses early." Santana tells them sadly, "I know she was really looking forward to a girls day out."

"Me too, but who could enjoy dress shopping after what happened?" Quinn groans out, also sad at probably having to reschedule the shopping trip.

"Exactly," Mrs. Lopez agrees before beginning to tear up. "But this isn't about me." She tells the two girls who hugged her as soon as they saw her beginning to cry. "Are you going to hug me or not?" She suddenly shouts at her husband, watching as he frantically jumps up, tearing his attention away from his waffle and speeding over to hug her.

"Its gonna be okay. We're all here for her no matter how bad it is, okay?" He tells them all, none of them taking notice of how Naomi just walked down the stairs casually and strolled into the kitchen.
