"Guys, I've got some bad news." Mr. Shue says as he walks into the choir room with some papers in his hands. "You know how we decided on 'Sing' by My Chemical Romance for regionals? Well I hold in my hand a cease and desist letter from the band. We can't do it." He tells them all sadly as he sorta waves the papers a bit to prove it.
"It was the perfect anthem." Puck says indignantly.
"How much do you wanna bet Coach Sylvester has something to do with this?" Mercedes asks the group with a shake of her head.
"One step ahead of you." Mr. Shue says.

"I need you to do something for Naomi." Santana says as she storms into Coach Sues office piquing.
"Sandbags, you may proceed." Sue tells her as she takes off her glasses and puts down the papers she was reading.
"Naomi has written this amazing song, like its the best song I've ever heard, but she's too afraid to show it to the group. So, I figured if she won't do it on her own we need to force her to. I need you to find some way for us to not be able to sing 'Sing' at regionals." Santana tells the coach who looks to be in thought before responding.
"If it would make you win at regionals why would I do this, and help you guys, I hate the glee club; Glee is like a little fly buzzing around my head that just won't go away." Sue tells the girl with a thoughtful look.
"You know how everyone underestimates Naomi, just listen to the part that I recorded and think about it, because both you and I know, this is going to really help her." Santana tells her as she sets down a cheap recorder she stole from Artie.

"Do you know anything about this Sue!" Mr. Shue yells as he hold the papers up in front of Sue's face who just smirks in return.
"I do." Sue says taking off her glasses and speaking calmly just to piss Will off even more, "Now, I met the drummer from My Chemical Romance at a drum circle at Daytona Beach, Spring break, 1996. We had a brief affair. And when I heard of your song choice for Regionals, well, I was compelled to notify the band about your long running legal battle with PETA and how you're a pervert who sends drunk messages to innocent, teenage, girls."
"That is not true." Mr. Shue hisses towards Sue getting into her face, towards which she stands up too and gets in his face as well.
"You took away my Cheerios! Consider this the opening salvo of World War Sue."

"So, What are we gonna do now?" Mercedes asks hopelessly.
"I think we should write original songs for Regionals." Rachel tells the group getting small excited claps from Naomi.
"Thats a good idea Rachel." Naomi compliments getting a smile from the girl and a couple glares from others around the room.
"All those in favor of voting Rachel down again a second time?" Santana says as almost everyone raises their hands besides Rachel, Quinn, Finn and Naomi.
"No. I think Rachel is right." Quinn says speaking up getting weirded out looks from others. "This team works best when we push ourselves and do something a little different."
"Thats true, but if all the other teams are doing amazing songs we're not gonna be so good." Mercedes tells her doubtful of the plan.
"I know a fantastic original song fro-" Santana starts to speak up before Naomi launches herself on her girl to cover her mouth.
