Your name is Y/n Harper you are a first year resident interested in Neuro you recently moved to Seattle to start your residency at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital because you heard it had an amazing neurosurgeon and you wanted to learn from the best of the best. You enter the hospital and make your way to the residence lounge and see Meredith, Alex, Cristina, Izzie, and George. You walk over and put your stuff away and walk up to them.
"Hi I'm Y/n Harper" you say.
"Hi I'm Meredith Grey" Meredith says as she puts out her hand and you shake her hand"
"As in the daughter Ellis Grey?" You ask
"Yep that's her the all famous Meredith Grey daughter of Ellis" Alex jokes
"I'm Alex by the way nice to meet you"
"Nice to meet you to Alex" you reply
"I'm Cristina Yang and that is George O'Malley and Izzie stevens" Cristina says
"It's very nice to meet you all" you say
"What specialty are you interested in?" George asks
"I'm really interested in Neuro I've heard the neurosurgeon here is the best of the best?" You say
"Ah yes you've heard of Amelia shepherd my dead husbands little sister" Meredith says
"I.. I guess I have" you say not really know how to respond to her
"Sorry Meredith is all dark and twisted inside she doesn't know how to not scare the new people" Izzie says
"Makes sense" you say
"Are you excited to be working here?" George asks
"Yea I'm really excited to be here I've heard amazing things about this hospital" you smile
"Hey y/n do you have a place to stay yet?" Meredith asks
"Not yet I was planning on getting an apartment down the street" you say
"We have an extra room if you wanna move in?" Mer says
"Who's we?" You ask
"Me Izzie, Alex, and George" she says
"So I can really move in? We just met.." you question
"I mean I don't see why not you seem like a good enough person I think we could be friends" she says
"Well ok then! ThNks so much you guys!" You say
"Of course y/n" George says
And with that the attendings walk in and there she is Dr Amelia Shepherd with her beautiful brown hair and you immediately realize just how hard working under her is gonna be....
