The Baby!

Skip a few more months mine due date is in 2 and a half weeks and Amelia has become a veryyy overprotective girlfriend she won't let me do anything without her. Amelia and I are sitting in the hospital because Amelia is making me stay there because she doesn't want anything happening.

"Amelia..." I say

"Yes princess?" She says in a concerned voice

"I think my water just broke.." I say and she looks at me

"What!" She yells as she starts freaking out and just paging people

"Amelia!" I yell "I'm the calmer one and I'm the one having the damn baby!"

"I'm sorry.." she says "I'm not good under pressure" she says trying to calm herself down as Arizona walks in

"Who's ready to have a baby?" She says all enthusiastic

"Me!" I say "I need this child out of me!"

About five hours later the baby is finally born Amelia was next to you holding your hand the entire time and mark was waiting directly outside the door.

"Great job princess" Amelia says kissing my head

"Thank you Amelia" I say tired

"Please take a nap?" She says "work up some energy so you can hold the baby soon"

"Ok baby.." I say "go get mark for him to see the baby as well"

"Alright princess" she says and she goes and gets mark from in the hall.

Amelias POV //

Me and mark enter the room and see y/n sleeping. God I'm so proud of that wondering woman... she's been through so much and she did an amazing job today. I see arizona holding the baby. It's a baby girl! She looks just like y/n

"Aww there's my baby girl" mark says walking over to Arizona

"Wanna hold her mark or Amelia?" Arizona asks

"I wanna wait for y/n for that.." I say

"I'll hold her" mark says and Arizona carefully hands the baby girl to mark

"Hi my sweet girl.." mark says "I'm your dad and this is one of your mommys" he says motioning to me which makes me feel really good.. I am this baby's mother.. I have a daughter with the love of my life and mark Sloan.. I've never been so happy in my entire life this was the best day of my life. I was so in love with y/n... maybe one day.. no not maybe it's definite.. one day I'm gonna marry that girl. A little bit later y/n wakes up.

"Wanna hold your daughter now princess?" I ask her

"Yes please.." she says in a sleepy voice as mark hands the beautiful baby girl to her. Y/n takes one look at the baby and instantly falls in love I can just tell by the look in her eyes...

"What should we name her?" I hear her say

"What about..." mark says "Brooklyn?"

"I love it.." I say

"Brooklyn Sloan Shepherd" I hear y/n say

"My last name?" I ask her confused

"Mhm me and mark talked about it a few weeks ago" y/n says with a smile on her face

"Oh I love you so much y/n.. you really make me feel so important I'm gonna be the best mother I can be to our little girl" I say hugging y/n and then placing a soft kiss on the babies head.

"Amelia you'll be the best mother around" mark says "Derek would be so proud of you..."

"Thank you mark" I say hugging mark tightly

"I love our little family" y/n says

"So do I" I say
