Chapter Twelve: The Rescue Squad

I hummed as I finished making breakfast. I didn't spend the night but I came early to make breakfast for Toji. Today I'm going to Jujutsu High and speak about Gojo Satoru. He's been sealed away in my clan's prison realm. The worst part that damn old geezer is making it illegal to rescue him. That's not happening on my watch. I set Toji and Naoki's food on the table. I headed upstairs and knocked on his door. No answer. I opened the door. Toji and Naoki were both asleep. They were in the same position. I smiled. Toji and Naoki woke up. "Hey." He greeted. "I'm starting to think you two are in sync. So breakfast is ready."
"You don't have to keep making breakfast." "I know but I want to." Fushiguro was holding Naoki who started reaching for me. "Mama!" He said. I gasped as my breath hitched to a stop. I looked at Fushiguro. "Did you teach him that?" I finally asked. "No. He sees you all the time and you take care of him. It was bound to happen." Naoki was still reaching for me. Toji handed him over to me. "Hi." I greeted as I held him. He smiled. I can't tell a baby I'm not his mom. "We'll be downstairs." I announced. I took Naoki downstairs. I grabbed my coffee. Naoki tried to reach for it. I kissed his cheek as I put my mug down. "You know I should be making you coffee and breakfast." Toji said as he came in while I was feeding Naoki. "Don't worry about it. It's not that serious. Anyway, I have to go soon." "Where to?" "The school. I'm going to talk to that principal about Gojo. And then I'm going to find him, figure out how to unseal him and kill those curses." I looked at the time. "I actually have to leave now." I handed Naoki over to Toji. I started looking for my keys. "Where the hell did I put them?" I checked the kitchen and grabbed them. I finished up my coffee. "Alright I'm off." I said as I kissed Naoki's head. "Come back to us Y/N." Toji said as I started for the door. "You know I will." I got into my car and drove off. I started to mentally prepare myself for the day ahead of me. I pulled up and parked. I got out and headed inside. I walked into the room and sat down. "I'm going to get Gojo back." I announced to Yoshinobu. "Under Jujutsu Laws, Gojo Satoru has been deemed a criminal and will not be rescued." "Under what circumstances exactly?" I challenged. "Shibuya Incident." Yoshinobu answered. "This man singlehandedly took out as many curses as he can without harming the hundreds of humans that were trapped in Shibuya Station, then got sealed and your old ass still think he instigated that? Are you fucking dumb?! One of his friends Nanami is dead. When he finds out, Gojo won't be fine. Do you really think he would set that up to get his friend killed? Do you think he would put his students at risk like that? You're being biased because you don't like him. His friend sealed him away although I know his friend wouldn't do that so it has to be someone using him. I'm going to save him. I'm going to kill those curses including that fucker Mahito who killed Nanami. Let's not forget you killed Masamichi. Yeah Panda told me. The only reason why you're still alive is because I didn't find someone to replace you. Well your time just ran out old man. By the time we get back, you better be gone or Ieiri will be dissecting you. And I'll tell her Panda killed you. She's going to dissect you either way." I snapped. "Let's go Panda." I got up and headed out. "Wow Y/N Senpai you're really scary." Panda said. "Please don't call me that." "Master Takahashi then?" "Don't call me that either. Look I don't need honorifics added to my name. Just call me Y/N." I told him as we got into my car. I drove off. I wasn't exactly sure where we were going but I trust Panda. "So this guy won't say anything huh? I'll make him talk." I parked and got out. I followed Panda. I kept following him until we reached our destination. "Was that Megumi?" I asked. "Yeah but we pretend to not know each other or they'll figure out we're from Jujutsu High." Panda explained. "I got it." I kicked the door open in the room. Itadori looked at me. "Geto Suguru. Where is he?" I demanded. "And you are?" The guy asked annoyed. "Don't worry about it. Where are Suguru's whereabouts?" I asked again. The guy stood up. He was a lot taller than me and very muscular. He looked at me. "Itadori go wait in my car." I said. "So you're Sukuna's vessel." He said before charging towards Yuji. I grabbed Itadori and Panda. His fist hit the wall. Immediately we were in front of my car. I unlocked it. "Get in. Megumi and Hoshiyomi looks like they're in trouble so I'll get them. Don't move." I locked the car after they got in. I left and scooped up both boys. I was back at my car. "Ms. Takahashi?" Megumi asked confused. "Drop the formality. You four wait in the car. I won't be long." I said. I locked my car and was back in front of the guy who tried to hit Itadori. The one thing I love is relying on my speed. "Did you come here thinking you can beat me?" He asked. I kicked him which sent him flying across the room. His body left a hole in the wall. "Tell me where Suguru is." He threw a punch at me when he got up. I caught it. I squeezed his fist breaking his fingers. I snapped his wrist and dislocated his shoulder in the same second. He was screaming in pain. "I don't have time to waste on you. Where is Geto?!" "Like I'd ever tell you." I grabbed him by his throat and slammed him onto the floor. I got on top of him and kept punching his face repeatedly while still holding his throat. Blood splattered my face and clothes as my hand was covered in his blood as well. I flipped the other person who was behind me. They went out the window. "Where is Suguru?!" I yelled. The guy was coughing up blood. He started to speak. Shortly after he spoke, he died. I got up. I left and was back in front of my car. I unlocked it and got in. "Sensei are you alright?" Itadori asked as I pulled off. "It's alright. The blood's not mine." I reassured him. "Is that the Takahashi brat?" Sukuna asked. "When he eats five more fingers, I'm coming for you next Ryomen Sukuna." I threatened. "I'll be waiting." He said before going silent. "Sorry. He's been out of control lately." Itadori apologized. "It's fine." I kept driving. "Where are we going?" Hoshiyomi asked. "We are going to see Geto." I replied. "You got him to talk?" Itadori asked. "On his dying breath yes." "You killed him too?" "Too?" I repeated. "A body was thrown out the window." Megumi said. "Damn they both weren't supposed to die. Oh well. That's what happens when you try to kill me." I made a left as I drove. I pulled up and parked. Everyone got out. "I expected that." I got out. "This is where they all are." I said. "Oh and Yuji, don't let that bastard Sukuna out. If you do, I can't guarantee your survival after killing him unplanned." I added. He nodded. "Got it." We all headed inside. Suguru stood in front of us. "Suguru!" Everyone yelled at once. "That's not Suguru. Suguru is dead." "What?" They said in unison. "Look at the stitches on his forehead. He's being controlled by the only curse who can do that. Kenjaku." He started laughing. "Sharp minded as always. As expected from the legendary Takahashi. How very polite of you to bring everyone here to their deaths." He snapped his fingers and curses were everywhere. "Listen, don't fight unnecessarily." I told them. I went around and exercised them quickly. "Impressive. I expect nothing less." "Cut the shit. I'm don't like small talk. Where is Gojo Satoru?" "Then I'm afraid you've wasted your time coming here." I kicked his face. "Don't make me repeat myself. Do you know what happens to people who make me repeat myself? They die." I warned. He laughed. "I've been around for one hundred-fifty years. Even you can't kill me." I quickly ripped open Suguru's head where the stitches are. I grabbed the curse in the head and exercised it. "I said I don't like small talk." Sukuna's finger dropped in my hand. "I'll eat it." "No Yuji. I'm not going to force you." "I want to." He smiled. "Gross. It's not a candy bar." I sighed. "Fine." I handed the finger over. He swallowed it. I watched closely. I pushed everyone out the way as Yuji started to change. Immediately he suppressed Sukuna. "Bleh that's gross. I'll never enjoy that taste." He laughed. I relaxed. "Sixteen fingers. I'm impressed." "Oh no Kenjaku is dead? What a shame." "Mahito!" Yuji yelled. "So you're Mahito." I said. "Please let me do this. I have to be the one to take him down. For Nanami Sensei. And for Kugisaki." Yuji said. He was fired up. "Alright but don't let Sukuna out. Panda, Hoshiyomi, you two back up Yuji. Megumi, you're coming with me." We walked off. "Why am I here?" "Because you're severely injured." "So is Itadori." "Yeah but he saw Mahito and I know he's not listening right now." I took out my contacts. I scanned the building. "Found it." I announced. I grabbed Megumi and we were immediately in the room where the prison realm is. I picked it up. I saw cursed fingerprints on it. "So that's how they sealed it." I mumbled. I reversed the pattern that was used. I placed it down and pulled Megumi back. The prison realm opened and Gojo fell out. "Gojo Sensei!" Megumi rushed over to him. "Don't get close to it, you'll be sealed." Megumi warned. I picked it up. "I reversed it to let him out. I'll be fine." I started smashing it with my hand. I threw Gojo over my back. "He's still breathing." I reassured Megumi. I grabbed Megumi and immediately went back to where we were. Mahito was dead. "Good job." I said. "Gojo Sensei!" They said in sync. "He's unconscious but he's breathing." We headed out. Everyone got in the car. I placed Gojo over their laps. "I'll be back." I went back inside and grabbed Geto's body. I placed him in the trunk after wrapping him up. I got behind the wheel and drove off. I headed towards Jujutsu High. "Maki is out of recovery but Kugisaki is in a coma." I announced. "Will she make it?" "She'll pull through. I know she will." I encouraged. After a while, I pulled up to the school. I quickly put my contacts back in and got out. I grabbed Gojo and carried him inside. "Alright Ieiri I have a few for you. You got this?" She turned around. "Gojo!" "He's unconscious." I placed him on the bed. "I-Is that Gojo Sensei?" I looked over to see Nobara awake. "Welcome back." I smiled. She sat up. "Don't strain yourself." I told her. "Kugisaki!" Itadori rushed over to her. He hugged her. "Get your ass in the bed Yuji Itadori." I picked him up and placed him in the other bed. The nurses came in. "They're all injured." I told them. "Ieiri I got one more for you." I quickly left out, grabbed Geto out of my trunk and came back. "Is that?" "Yes." She followed me into the operation room. "He was always dead. His body was controlled by Kenjaku. Can you fix him real good for me? I want to give him a proper funeral." "You know I got you." "Call me as soon as Gojo wakes up." She nodded and went to work. I walked down the hall and saw Megumi outside of the recovery room. "Why aren't you in bed?" I scolded. "I wanted to say thank you for rescuing Gojo Sensei." "Well of course. I'm not going to let anyone else here die. Now get back in bed. You need to recover." He went back inside. "Shut up Itadori." He said before closing the door. I smiled and headed out of the building. I got into my car and drove off.
