Chapter 10

*Kurai's POV*
I woke up with a start, covered in head to toe with sweat, panting heavily. I looked around trying to find out where I was, when I remembered I was in my apartment. I evened my frantic breathing from the nightmare of my old memories of living on the streets and started to get ready for the day.

Today would be my first day at the academy and I would be in the graduating class so I could be put into a team. I took a shower using vanilla, and cherry blossom shampoo. After I got my pair of clothes like the previous day with the pirate outfit, leather corset, black jean shorts, red shoulder shirt, metal spike belt and black steel combat boots. My tattoo a mixture of the Uzamaki symbol and a curse mark stood out on my right hip. I put my hair up into pony tail, my red bangs out and pushed to the side. My wrists held my silver bangles, my left had the black jeweled bracelet and on my right was a black glove with metal on the knuckles and wrist. My eyes were shadowed with a dark crimson and smokey black eyes shadow, black mascara and eyeliner. Thankfully all my cuts and bruises had healed thanks to Yami, yesterday I had gone easy on Kakashi I didn't even take of one of the very heavy weights hidden all over my body. If I did he would have probably died.

I walked out of my room after I finished getting ready and walked into the kitchen and made myself some breakfast. I made buttermilk waffles covered with maple syrup and strawberries and drank no pulp orange juice. I finished quickly grabbed a black weapons pouch tied it around my left thigh and ran out the door after locking it.

I jumped up on top of my house which was a tannish pink color with a white door and jumped across the rooftops toward the Gramps office. As I was jumping I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of the Hokage faces. They were painted with funny faces telling me that this was the first episode. I had caught with the seasons all the way to the end of Shippuden on my iPhone which somehow never runs out of battery. I came into view of the red building and could see Gramps sitting at his desk full of paper. I landed on the railing and knocked on his window. He spun around surprised and let me in. I jumped in and landed on the floor with a soft thump. I jumped back up and into his open arms. He chuckled and hugged back.

"How are you young one? Today is your first day at the academy if I am correct."

I nodded and grinned, "yes it is Oji-sama and I can't wait!"

He chuckled and ruffled my hair before shooing me off. I hugged him one more time burrowing my face in his shoulder. I jumped back out the window and toward the academy my hair blowing in the wind. I landed outside the right outside and entered the green building. There was an middle aged lady sitting at a desk working away on paper work. I walked over to her bowed and asked, "hello I am new today. I am looking for the graduating class. I have a note from the Hokage."

I lady just looked at me smiled and took my note. She read it and lead me to the noisiest classroom. She knocked on the door and a moment later Iruka opened the door and took a note the lady handed him. He read it a let me in. "Settle down class." He tried quieting the class down but they kept talking. He tried again but it didn't work so I sighed and let out a bit of blood lust, the class quieted down immediately and stared wide eyed at me. I smirked and nodded for Iruka the continue. He slowly nodded and turned back to the class. "Now that everyone is quiet this is our new student Kurai. Now," he said turning to me "please introduce yourself."

I took a step forward bowed But stood up and put my hands on my hips and said with a confident smile, "my names Kurai no last name, I don't think there will be any problems unless you annoy me but I wish to become friends with you."
