*Kurai's POV*
•flashback•
I smiled at the before saying a bit sadistically, "now then lets begin."
•flashback over•

I sat in my chair looking over at my companions. To my right sat Ryan he's been with me the longest the first person who I ever met and the first person I saved from the streets even though he is 17 I found him when he was eight and I was six. He is my second-in-command so I something ever happened to me he will take control. He is support protective and acts cold to everyone other than most of the gang (like Collin, Andrea, and Maria), little kids, and elders. He has black hair and blue eyes.

To my left sat Rowen who is Ryan's older brother was our weapon specialist and is 18. He has black long hair which he holds up with a red bandana. I was introduced to him about 2 years after I saved Ryan turns out they were separated when they were left in the slums.

To the right of Ryan sat Lexi she was our genius who came up with ideas for the group. She had reddish pink hair and red eyes.

To the right of Ryan sat Andrea our bomb expert. She has long dirty blonde hair and brown creamy eyes and is 14 and is twins with Collin. One day we had stumbled upon her with Collin she they were trying to copy what we had been doing with stealing from the rich and giving it to the poor so they had joined us.

Collin sits to the right of Lexi and is Andrea's twin brother. He has brown hair with blonde highlights and brown eyes.

To the left of Rowan is Elliot is our spy he is always quiet and only a few can ever notice him, me included. He is 12 and has a very low presence so he is our information collector. He has bright dirty blonde hair and aqua eyes.

Lastly to the left of Elliot there's Maria. She is only 13 but has a full grown body and is a real flirt. She gets us away in tight spots with her so called 'glamor' as she likes to call it.

The last spots at the table for the right of Collin are the kids; Gabriel, then Rachael, next Lisanna, then Shane and lastly Kiki.

There used to be more members but they were either killed in action while on a raid or died of sickness for we don't have much medicine.

They all smiled back at me as we started to discuss what we had just got from the last raid and how we were going to split it. We then moved onto new shipments that had to go out and lastly we moved onto were we should raid next.

"I suggest the Romingar Family house up on Park Avenue," Suggested Lexi.

Then Elliot joined in, "I have collected that they are leaving the city to go on a business trip in France."

I thought for a moment and then responded, "ok we move out in two days. Andrea I will need so smoke and acid bombs ready. Collin get some maps of the street and building. Elliot I need to know more details on when exactly are they are leaving and how much guard will still be there. Alright move out."

"Hai," everyone stood up andd eft going there separate ways. I made my way to my room as it was getting late but when u arrived I found my little bumps in my bed.

My room consisted of a small tv, a wall of weapons, a king sized bed, a sofa off to the side and a window sill seat. In the corner was a big faded pillow for Hitori and a few bowls for his food and water.

I then chuckled knowing it was the kids in my bed as I made my way over to my king sized bed and jumped on it landing where all there legs would be. They all screamed in delight and groaned as I rolled a little more onto them.

"Get off"-Gabe
"Hahahahahaha"-Lisanna , Rachael, and Kiki
"Groan"-Shane
I got off the kids but was soon tackled in a dog pile. This time I chuckled and groaned.

"Sing for us Kurai-neechan we can't fall asleep!" Screamed the girls.

They all look at me with pleading puppy dog eyes. "Alright alright I can see you're not tired so I shall sing but now get off my butts going numb."

The girls squealed in excitement and crawled into my bed as the boys beamed with excitement and jumped into my bed.

I sighed and crawled in the middle having Racheal on my lap and the others in my arms.

"Now what shall I sing, hm?"

Gabe's head shot up and asked, "can you sing the Secret Garden?"

I thought for a moment before nodding and started humming the tune. Hitori went to his pillow in the corner while the kids all settled down in my arms as I started the first verse.

When I finished I looked down and saw all the kids asleep and little did I know that the whole factory heard my singing and relaxed.

I somehow squirmed my way out of their grips with them still asleep and tucked them in. I smiled seeing all their cute sleeping faces before going over to Hitori and curling up in his fur.

I stared up at the ceiling for a while before I felt a nudge own my head. I turned my head to meet Hitori's red eyes. I softly smiled remembering how I met him. I saved him on my first raid by myself at age seven at a research lab. He was chained to the wall with cuffs on his paws and neck and cuts all over him. I set him free as I was leaving and now we have been together since. He still wears the chain collar and cuffs on his two front paws but as a reminder not to trust everyone but he trusts me and I trust him.

I smiled softly down at him and started running him as he laid down on my stomach. I snuggled closer to him and kissed his nose.

He whined softly before asking and yes I mean asking I am the only who is able to understand him but yeah he asked, "what's wrong Kurai?"

I kissed his nose again before saying, "I just have a really bad feeling about tomorrow. You know I worry about everyone. Like maybe one day I will die and leave them all alone."

He smiles at me showing his big white teeth his smile going all the way to his beep red eyes. "Kurai they can handle themselves but you all know the dangers you face and will get through together."

I think about his words and smile. I kiss his nose again before cudding closer to him whispering, "you're right thank you Hitori."

He chuckles. I felt the vibrations in his stomach before he licks my face and saying "you're welcome Kurai."

We then fell asleep cuddling on the couch.
