After Tom Riddle kills Arabella Chambers, he steals her wand for safekeeping. But, unexpectedly, Arabella shows up at Hogwarts, very much...

Although she did not need to eat or drink, Arabella enjoyed the taste of human food, even if it did not fill her the same way as blood did. The food at Hogwarts was delicious. One of the best things about being a vampire was that there was no way to gain weight or have stomach aches.
She sighed in delight as she took a bite of chocolate pudding, the flavour melting in her mouth. "Delicious," she mumbled to herself. A note fluttering towards her, however, made her stop. Without even reading it Arabella immediately recognised the beautiful cursive movements of the letters she had received 44 years ago.
Dear Arabella,
We have a lot of catching up to do. Meet me in my office on the third floor.
Thank you, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
Arabella glared at the note. She looked up at the teachers table and noticed that he had left. She was not looking forward to the notion of speaking to Albus Dumbledore.
The girl next to her was looking at Arabella curiously. Unaware to Arabella, Tom Riddle was also looking at her. So when she got up and left the Great Hall, he followed.
Her heeled shoes echoed in front of him, which made her easier to follow. Tom Riddle was curious about Arabella Chambers. Chambers, he thought to himself. He fetched through his mind to find a surname with Chambers. Nothing.
Arabella Chambers was a dead girl walking. She had no record of any family. She had... fascinated Tom. Not very many people could do that.
Suddenly, the echoes stopped. Arabella knew someone had followed her - she had heard their footsteps. But it wasn't her heightened senses that helped her identify who that person was.
She slowly turned around and saw Tom Riddle standing at the end of the hallway. A smirk crept onto her face. "Surprise, darling. I'm back from the dead."
"I really hoped you just stayed dead," Tom replied darkly. "It would make things far more easier."
Arabella shrugged. "That doesn't seem like my problem...Tom Riddle." She said his name slowly, as if it were a puzzle she had just solved. As if she knew all his secrets, knew everything about him - which was all completely wrong. But he didn't need to know that.
The boy slowly walked towards Arabella in big, powerful strides, stopping close to her. "You are going to regret even stepping onto this earth," he seethed at her. But there seemed to be something else behind him. Tom Riddle had a secret - he had murdered his family. And Arabella Chambers knew his secret - she had witnessed it.
"Already do, love," Arabella whispered. They stood in silence for exactly 4 seconds, in which Arabella put together the scent that wafted off of him; vanilla and book pages. She also noticed the prefect badge on his robes. Of course he is a prefect, Arabella thought to herself. He seemed to have everyone who met him wrapped around his finger.
