Skylar was exited to be going to her first outerbanks party, she wasn't sure if she was exited about seeing topper but she wanted to be nice, she invited all the pogues in hopes he won't mind because they were her friends now. She was getting ready with Kie and Sarah at Kiaras house, which was huge by the way, her parents were so kind and seemed to really like me, they own the wreck and were so sweet and generous they even gave Skylar a job! Skylar was extremely pleased that less than a week in Outer banks and she already has a group of friends, a job and is getting invited to parties. the girls got dressed and skylar wore this:

When the three were ready they went outside and the boys were waiting, jj complemented Skylars outfit causing her to blush, they all carpooled in 'the twinkie' to the party and before they went in kiara looked at the boys and told them to behave Skylar was confused but didn't let it bug her, she went inside and got herself a drink before being approached by Topper, "Hey so glad you could make it you look amazing!" "of coarse thanks for inviting me, i hope you don't mind i invited my friends if that's cool" Skyler said pointing to the pogues. Toppers jaw clenched and his eyes sharpened causing Skylar to slowly walk away, he wasn't happy about who her guests were and she felt guilty for not asking. She didn't mean to overstep. Pope walked up to her and they started chatting for a while before they noticed a large group was forming near the pool, sarah and topper were arguing about something and john B was trying to pull sarah back but then she slapped topper, Skylar let out a gasp and rushed over to the group. "you know your just a slut anyway! go fuck all the filthy pogues!" topper screamed in front of everyone causing sarah to cry, skylar was so confused and just wanted to help her friend sarah. Skylar watched John B take sarah away from the crowd then heard Kiara going off at Topper,
"You are such an asshole Topper you know that, if you were a better person maybe sarah would have actually stayed with you but your just a dirty kook who relies on mummy and daddy's bank account to keep you out of trouble, you think you run this town but your just pathetic..." before she could finish topper slapped Kie in the face causing her to hit the ground, Skylar ran over to Kiaras side and helped her up not even noticing Jj and pope started punching Topper.
Skylar felt guilty for what happened as she was the one who suggested coming to the party, she took kie to the van and sat down with her waiting for the boys when everyone returned the made sure kiara and sarah were okay before driving away. Skylar started sobbing and only Jj noticed so he pulled her into his arms and slowly rocked her until she was able to speak,
"it's all my fault i brought you guys to the party and i told Topper you were there i shouldn't have ever accepted his invitation i'm so sorry" all of the pogues were sympathetically looking at skylar before John B reassured her that this feud had been going on for years and Sarah used to be a Kook and dated topper that why he was mad at her because he was jealous.
Skylar felt better but Jj didn't let her go he held her against his chest the rest of the trip back to Kiaras house before allowing her to hop out of the van. Skylar drove Jj and John B back to the chàeto but before they got out Jj whispered something only Skylar could hear,
"if you ever cry because of a kook again i will kill them with my bare hands"
It was violent definitely but skylar felt safe with Jj like he could protect her. She drove home when someone unexpected was waiting in her room, her ex boyfriend from Australia.
