TW-Death
The next morning all the pogues woke Skylar up at 5am to take her to watch the sun rise and surf, they blasted music on the way to the beach to wake up and just jokes about life. When they got to the beach they piled out of the van and grabbed their boards, Kiara got the first wave and Jj got one after her, Sarah wasn't in the water she said she didn't feel well so John B stayed with her for a bit until she finally told him to go in the water because she didn't want him to miss out, after a few hours Skyler had got a few qnarley waves and went into shore she was hungry so her and sarah walked to the wreck to get everyone breakfast, on the walk back Skylar got a phone call, one that would change her life forever.
About 3 hours had past and skylar knew nothing yet all the pogues were sitting in the hospital waiting room with her bored out of their minds but they knew Skylar needed them, when Skylars grandma came into the room her face immediately dropped and Skylar bursted into tears all the pogues hugged her knowing what had just happened and tried to comfort her. Her mother was gone, after everything just like that she was no longer with her she didn't know how to react so she just ran, she found her way to the beach and sobbed on the sand, Jj eventually found her and just hugged her. He did his best to comfort her as she cried into his chest. When she got home she slept in her mums bed and didn't leave the room for days, the pogues wanted to help but didn't know how. In just a few hours the most important person in her life died, she knew it would happen one day but never imagined how hard it would hurt. She was broken. After a week the pogues started to try and get her out of the house but she wasn't the same, they tried everything but she had fallen into such a depression she needed professional help. Her grandparents took her on a holiday for 3 weeks, when she returned she was like a different person, she had been to a therapist and she realised how much life mattered and how she needed to make her life count as she didn't know when it will end, she went surfing for the first time in ages and she finally felt like herself, her friends were so happy she was back, they missed her greatly.
