I get out a cold crate of beer and place it on the table. I can't wait to see who the new member of our team will be.

For the past 3 years it's been me Diego Antonio and Claude. It's been us 4 going to every mission together and running around the country getting rid of fuckers who are on the run or too afraid to turn themselves in.

"So who do you guys think it'll be" Diego asked putting out a bowl of chips

"I don't know the chief told us nothing about him" Antonio said opening the window because Diego burnt the salsa we were suppose to eat with nachos.

I hate to admit it but Diego is fucking useless when it comes to anything that isn't breaking people's legs and noses

"Imagine if it's a girl" Claude says and we all stop and look at him

A shiver runs down my spine at the thought of the new member being a girl but there's no way.

The missions we go on are deadly we capture and kill extremely powerful people with top security guards. It's a very risky job because,we could end up losing an arm or a leg or even dead!

We also need to get a certain score on an IQ test and do so much training like first aid,self defence and Veterinarian skills.

We hear a knock on the door and we all get excited.

We are in a place where the hallway is long and big and then leads into the living room which we all are in so it would be hard to hear anyone or see them fully unless we are up close to the door.

Antonio walks to the door and opens it.

None of us see anyone.

"Um sorry can i help you" we hear Ant say

We hear a few mummers and then Antonio looks back at us with an eyebrow raised then back at the door.

From where we are standing there seems to be no one there.

"Sorry what's your name" we hear Ant say

"Is he talking talking to himself because I don't hear anyone" Diego says

Ant comes back and goes to his MacBook to double check the name the chief gave us.

He rubs his chin and nods

"I'll go look" Diego says

"Don't make it obvious" I tell him

He runs up and the comes back.

"Who is it" Claude asks

"I don't know some girls scout selling cookies-it's not our new member"

We all sigh and go back to watching TV but Ant goes back to the door.

"Oh I'm sorry come in" Antonio says before moving out of the way and making way for our new member

New member...

When he moves we are all surprised and extremely confused

We see a light brown haired girl that is like a foot shorter than all of us and so skinny we could Probably build a house between the gap between her thighs.

Ant looks back at us and smiles an awkward smile while scratching the back of his head.

"Guys this is our new member...Lucinda"

She gives us a smile and I roll my eyes and look away.

"Man I know this will be hard for you but at least try being welcoming" Claude whispers to me putting an arm on my shoulder
