Chapter 16

Sela slowly opened her eyes as she heard someone's calling her name. She also heard a faint sound of water drops, echoing.

"Marsela? Marsela..." A playful female voice called that she's not familiar with.

Pagdilat nya, she saw nothing but darkness. Confused. She rubbed her eyes to make sure na nakadilat na nga sya, still, she can't see anything. Fear started to walk in her being, but she chose to take a deep breath to calm herself, and sat down.

She heard someone giggled. It echoed. Lumingon lingon sya, trying to find the person na pinanggalingan nun but it's too dark.

Sela's starting to freak out pero nabaling mga mata nya sa kanyang mga kamay.

She's seeing it!

She sees her body, her clothes, even in darkness. She emits light within, she's glowing.

There she remember she's no ordinary human. She have powers now.

Bit by bit, Sela gather her courage and stood up.

Narinig nya ulit someone's giggling.

"Sino yan?!" Sigaw nya. "Magpakita ka!!"

Ngunit agad namang napakagat labi na parang gustong bawiin ang huling sinabi.

Hanggang sa may narinig syang parang naglalakad sa tubig. She's trying her best to see what's around her, pero wala talaga.

Positioned herself in defensive stance, habang pinakikiramdaman ang paligid, just like what Abby taught her during their training.

"Marsela..." That playful voice again.

Sigurado syang nanggaling yun sa bandang likod kaya sya napalingon.

There's someone standing there, a young lady. Sela can't see her full face pero kita nyang the lady wearing a long fabric na wala sa set of modern clothes.

Almost similar to Abby's clothes nung una nila ito nakita sa cave yung suot ng babae, iba lang kulay. She's wearing reddish fabric. Half lang din ng face nito ang nakikita nya. Pinkish lips with fair almost pale skin complexion.

"Sino ka?" Tanong ni Sela.

The girl smiled at her instead of answering. Sela can't explain it but she felt danger in that sweet smile.

She silently wishing Abby will come out of nowhere.

"Magpalakas na pa Marsela." Biglang sabi nito in a sweet calm voice, yet she can't any safe aura in it. "Malapit na tayo magharap."

This puzzled her. 'Malapit na magharap? Eh magkaharap na kami"  sa isip isip nya.

" Anong ibig mong sabihin? " Sela asked.

The young lady just smiled at her and slowly faded in darkness.

"Hey comeback! Anong ibig mong sabihin?! Heeey!!!!"

" Uy Sela. Gising! Mars! "

" Mars! Gising! "

Unti-unting dumilat si Sela, saka dahan dahan napatingin sa paligid.

Disoriented. Confused where she is. Then she saw a worried face of Abby, then Sheki, Belle, Ecka, Rans, Ella, Gabb, Badong(Nile), Coco and Amy.

Nasa loob sila ng isang van, she saw Alice at the driver's seat. Alice looking at her with worried eyes sa rear view mirror.

"Anong napanaginipan mo?" Tanong agad ni Abby sa kanya. The two lambanas poked out their heads Gabb's shirt pocket.
