BEFORE THE BAND MEMBERS could utter another single word, a black haired male abruptly pushed two boys from the doorframe and stumbled to his partner in crime.
"[Y/N], WAS THAT YOU?! OH PLEASE DO TELL ME THAT WAS YOU!" vanitas hugged you, squeezing the living daylights out of you.
you stared at him with dotted eyes, before patting his back awkwardly. he pulled away from the hug, looking at you expectantly.
you on the other hand twirled the drumsticks around your fingers, playing the drums a bit once more while having a smug smirk on. vanitas stared with stars in his eyes, clearly impressed.
"WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT?! MY BEST FRIEND ON THE BILLBOARDS OF IWATOBI, RISING STAR, YAMAZAKI [Y/N]!" he exclaimed and sighed dreamily.
"and soon, that'll be the whole of japan" you smirked, sending them a sly wink before bursting down on laughter with vanitas.
"seriously though, i didn't know you played!" vanitas cheered and finally got his attention off of you, seeing a brunette and a blonde in a dog pile.
"oops, sorry" vanitas chuckled, lending a hand to both.
"well, how'd i do?" you expectedly looked at karma and nagisa, who's mouths were still wide agape.
"uh- oh, right, you did great yamazaki-san" nagisa smiled as he looked at karma.
"you're definitely in the band" karma smirked before dividing his attention to the boys behind.
"[y/n], meet isogai, a guitarist and vocalist" he gestured to the brunette while you bowed a little in respect.
"this is maehara, our bassist" he then gestured to the blonde.
"and nagisa here is our lead vocalist and guitarist" he patted the males shoulder.
"and i'm the leader, lead bassist and vocalist" he then turned back to the boys behind him.
"boys, meet our new drummer, yamazaki [y/n]!" he gestured to you as you bowed for respect as both of the boys came up to you.
