Chapter 4•

Nandini notices him walking towards her and starts running with tears still rolling down her cheek

Manik quickly runs out of the room following Nandini, as the other members follow him including karan.

Before Nandini could go down the stairs manik catches up to her and holds her hand stopping her with force, he twirls her around bring her close to him. Nandini breathes heavily with tears on her cheek as she continues to cry.

"What the fuck are you doing here?!" Manik shouts in her face, Nandini sobs and looks up to him, her breathing gets heavier

"Tumne sohail ko maar diya HOW COULD YOU!" Nandini shouts looking at him still crying.

"You never mind your own fucking business don't you Dr Nandini Murthy" manik spats. Nandini looks away

"Why did you kill him" Nandini looks at him angrily, manik let's go of her hand pushing her away, karan walks up to manik and stands next to him worrying as Nandini as seen everything.

"Mujhe nahi lagta ki I need to give you an answer" manik says sarcastically

Nandini wipes her tears and looks at him with confidence "right but police ko toh dena padega"

Nandini says and turns around about to leave, but she stops as she hears a voice, a familiar voice. Nandini's expressions changes, she turns around and looks at manik and then the phone he was holding.

She carefully looks at the video, it was a video of Naina from her college, by the looks of it was from today as she was wearing the same t-shirt.

"Naina" Nandini whispers and looks at it shocked, manik smiles evilly

"Correct, Naina Murthy your sister right?" Manik smirks

"How dare you! You are keeping an eye on my sister" Nandini gets angry

"No no.. not just your sister tumhara bhai senior officer aditya Murthy jo abhi shimla ke liye nikla hai in the flight right now" manik says confidently, Nandini was shocked as he knew so much about her and her family

"He has landed" karan corrects him smiling, Nandini looks at him angrily

Nandini takes her phone out, she quickly tries to call up Naina hoping she would pick up quickly so Nandini could warn her but manik angrily takes her phone away and throws it on the floor

"Don't even fucking think about it" he grits his teeth in anger.

"correct me if I'm wrong Dr Nandini, tumhare parents ki death ho gayi hai, you live with your brother aditya and sister Naina. Naina toh abhi bhi college mein hai, last year of college Huh. Big girl. And she wants to be a physiotherapist right also your brother aditya he is trying so hard to get after us right but we are giving him a hard time" manik narrates.

Nandini was taken back, he knew everything as in everything about her it's like he was watching her life this whole time. She was confused how he found out so much about her.

"Shocked?" Manik asks, Nandini looks at him "h-how, tumhe yeh sab kaise Pata hai" she asks

"Good question." Karan says and looks at Nandini
