Manik walks over to Nandini and sits on the bed in front of her holding the flowers. Nandini looks at him confused, as he looked really happy Nandini thought it might be because he cracked the deal.
"Congratulations manik" Nandini looks at him
"For what?" He asks
"I'm hundred percent sure you got the deal right?" She looks at him
"Oh that, yes thank you! It went great" Manik looks at her smiling
'Okay she definitely doesn't know, warna abhi tak toh khushi ke maare bata diya hota'
He thinks while observing her
"Soo Nandini, ab kaisa lag raha hai? Abhi bhi vomiting ho rahi hai?" He asks her and puts the flower bouquet down beside him
"I'm feeling better, vomiting toh ab zyada nahi hoti..."
'Abhi ke liye manik ko yeh batati Hu thats its food poisoning, and when I think it's the right time I'll tell him'
"And uhm main myrah ke saath doctors ke paas gayi thi for a second opinion and she did some tests and gave me medicines" Nandini continues
"That means she knows, Toh phir excitement show Kyu nahi kar rahi hai? Maybe she wants to give me a surprise that's why but she doesn't know ki mujhe sab Pata hai'
Manik looks down smiling thinking.
"Accha toh phir doctor ne Kya kaha? Like did she talk to you about any dietary plans or Kya karna hai isme?" Manik asks her
"Haan Matlab isme Kuch khaas karna nahi padta, Waise bhi im a doctor so I know a lot of things" Nandini replies
"Lekin phir be dhyaan toh rakhna padta hai na, i know you know a lot of things but it's good to take advice because this is your first time" manik says, Nandini raises her eyebrows at him
"First time?" She questions him
"Haan first time Matlab isse pehle kaha Tum p—"
"Manik isse pehle maine yeh experience kiya hai so I know it, it's nothing new" Nandini tells him, manik was taken back hearing her response.
"Oh you mean you've seen it with patients right?" Manik takes a deep breath
"No I mean yes I have but maine kudh bhi pehle experience kiya hai so" Nandini replies biting her lips
"What are you saying Nandini? Isse pehle Kaise tumne isn't this your first time?!" Manik stands up in shock
Nandini stands up too "of course not manik, Tum Kya bol rahe ho? Isse pehle I remember when I was like 17 maine pehli baar experience kiya tha, Mumma papa ne bohot daata tha mujhe for being so careless, phir uske baad after like 3 years i went through it again phir uske baad—"
"Wait wait!" Manik cuts her off looking at her shocked "how did you I mean isse pehle toh you said you've never had a boyfriend right?"
Nandini looks at him with a confused look "how is that related? Why do I need a boyfriend for food poisoning?"
"Food positioning ke liye nahi but in order to get pregnant Nandini you need to have sex" manik says
Nandini makes an 'O' shape with her mouth "Tum kabse iski baat kar rahe the?"
"Haan toh Tum kis cheez ki baat kar rahi thi?" Manik asks her
"Food poisoning buddhu" Nandini shakes her head
"Lekin food poisoning hua kisse hai? I'm talking about you being pregnant Nandini!" Manik finally tells her
Nandini was surprised that manik knows the fact that she is pregnant but she wondered how.
