Manik, Nandini and karan head downstairs as they see bunch of police standing which Aditya leading them.
"Bhai?" Nandini whispers looking at him
"Manik Malhotra you are under arrest of the murder of sohail and the kidnapping of Nandini Murthy—"
"Malhotra, Nandini malhotra" Nandini corrects Aditya as he looks up at her. Manik looks at her blinking a couple of times
"What?! What the fuck are you talking about!" Karan looks at Aditya in anger
"Do not speak in between! Humare paas proof hai this is why we are here. Manik ko humare saath chalna padega" Aditya looks at manik who was silent the whole time
"Bhai manik ne meri jaan bachayi hai, how can he kidnap me! Aapko Kuch galat fehmi hui hai" Nandini defends manik
"You don't know anything Nandini! Isne uss ladke ke saath deal ki thi, we caught him aur usne hi confess kiya hai that manik told him to!" Aditya says, Nandini was shocked
Aditya signs to his officers, they go and put the handcuffs on Maniks hand "Bhai stop this! It's not true Yeh sab galat hai" Nandini holds Manik's hand and looks at Aditya trying to convince him
"Nandini, Nandini!" Manik tries to calm her down, she looks up at him as their eyes meet. Manik shakes slightly telling her to let go. She looks at him squinting her eyes as tears form in her eyes, she slowly lets go of him as the officers start to drag him out of the house as manik did not utter a word which surprised Nandini and karan.
Nandini speeds walks up to him calling out his name "manik!" She says, they stop near the police car. Manik turns around and looks at Nandini giving her a soft nod signing everything will be okay. Manik sits in the car with the police next to him. The police car drives off as Nandini watches it go
Nandini turns around and looks at Aditya in disbelief, she walks to him "bhai, manik ke Kuch nahi kiya hai!"
"Don't try to hide the truth Nandini sab Kuch saaf saaf hai tumhare saamne" Aditya looks at her
Nandini takes a deep breath and looks away, Aditya holds her hand "Woh apna crime bhi accept kar lega and he will get punished aur phir uske baad Tum mere saath apne ghar cholngi theek hai?" Aditya says firmly
"Bhai agar manik mujhe dhoondta nahi aata toh aaj mein shayad zinda nahi hoti pata hai aapko. Manik saved me" Nandini looks at him holding he would understand and stop this arrest.
Aditya looks away sighing "baccha" he looks at back "the guy who kidnapped you usne Yeh bola hai ki manik was the one who gave him the contract"
"Lekin uss ladke ne mujhe kaha thi ki some years back I killed his father in a surgery" Nandini argues,
Karan was looking at Nandini defending manik all along which made him realise something.
"Nandini humne usse interrogate kiya toh dhamkaya mara then he confessed ki manik ke usse Yeh bolne ke liye kaha tha, he just wanted to harm you" aditya defends
"Manik esa kabhi nahi kar Sakta" Nandini instantly replies, karan smiles hearing that.
Aditya puts hands over his face in frustration "Nandu you don't know this kind of world, yaha pe esa hi hota hai they hire someone else to kill aur phir jab kaam ho jaye Woh usse Apne haathon se maar dete hai"
"Manik waha tumhe bachane aaya tha ya usse Marne? Aur usko Kaise Pata chala ki Woh tumhe kaha le gaya tha" Aditya adds
"Manik myrah ke ghar pe aaya tha, then he followed me" Nandini replies
"Tumhe abhi bhi mujhpe yakeen nahi hai?" Aditya asks
"Nahi hai! Aur nahi karungi yakeen because I know what is the truth" she replies confidently, she looks over to karan "karan Tum gaadi nikalo jaldi" karan nods and runs to get the car.
