Nandini was sitting in her room, she knew that going to manik right now would just make him more angry so she decided to give him space.

It was around 2am and manik comes in his room, he looks at Nandini surprised to see her still awakes Nandini looks up as she felt his presence

"Why haven't you slept yet?" he asks her taking off his watch

"Tum mujhe naraaz ho toh mein Kaise so sakti hu" Nandini puts her book away looking at him

"Toh Kya Tum puri zindagi esa bethi rahongi?" Manik sarcastically says

"Matlab Tum puri zindagi ki naraaz rehne waale ho" Nandini gets worried, she sits on her bed looking at him

"No but I don't know depends on my mood" manik replies

"Shit, so it's for a lifetime Kyunki tum toh khad—" manik gives her a glare as Nandini stops talking and looks down cutely

"Sorry, I'm genuinely sorry I know I'm stupid bina baat ka Tum par Itna gussa kiya" Nandini looks at him genuinely apologising to him "it's just ki mein bohot khush thi ki bhai tumko finally ek second chance de rahe hai, jab baat bigad gayi toh I just got upset and-"

"Don't worry about it" manik cuts her off and lays down on the bed covering him self with the blanket, Nandini just looked at him sadly as he turned his head around to face the other way ignoring her

"Manik I'm sorry please mujhse naraaz mat raho" she nudges him, manik ignores her but she intends to try again "manik main sach mein nahi so paungi" he still ignores her which makes her more sad

"manikkkkk" Nandini moves closer to him to see whether he's sleeping or not just then manik moves which his hands hit Nandini's hand making her fall on him as their lips smash, Nandini's eyes widen although it's not the first time they kissed but this was just all of the sudden, her hair strands brush on to Manik's face. He was about to break the kiss but Nandini leans in further and continues to kiss him which eventually he gives in too. This whole time Nandini was on manik as she held his face as both of them kissed passionately.

She breaks the kiss "I'm sorry" she says once again,
Manik wraps his arms around her bringing her closer to him "wow so this kiss was to tempt me in to forgiving you huh" he looks at her

"Did it work?" Nandini bites her lip

"Well yes for this time yes, Pata nahi how every girl know this is my weakness" Manik jokes with her

Nandini makes an 'O' shape with her mouth and moves away from him quickly "what do you mean every girl?" She shows jealousy

"Matlab all the girls I've kissed" manik tries not to laugh

"Aur kitni girls ko tumne kiss kiya hai?" She furrows her eyebrows

"Uhmmm waitt" he says and starts counting which makes Nandini even more furious "what?! Why are you counting!" she hits him on the arm

"Ouch but why are you getting jealous" manik looks at her hoping to hear something like a confession from her

"Me? I'm not getting jealous why would I be jealous mein toh Bas aise hi pooch rahi thi" Nandini shrugs her shoulders

Manik rolls his eyes knowing she won't say anything like he wished for. "Well good kal bataunga let me sleep" He turns around in disappointment and pulls the blanket over him.

Nandini chuckles slightly "buddhu obviously I know ki Tum Kya bulwana chahte ho mujhse Lekin you will say it first" she smiles and also goes to sleep.

Next morning Nandini got up and got ready to go to the hospital as she had surgeries lined up, she checked her phone to see quite a few missed calls from Aditya but she chose to ignore them for now. She went downstairs to see Ahana eating her breakfast with karan while manik was on his phone.
