•Chapter 46•

Nandini woke up in the morning still feeling sick still, she looked to the side and manik wasn't there.

"Good morningg" manik barges in the room, holding a tray which had glass of juice and some fruits and pancake beside it which was Nandini's favourite

He walks and sits on the beside her "how are you feeling now?" He goes and kisses her cheeks.

"A little better" Nandini lies, although she was getting cramps at this point too

"Good, I made you breakfast so eat it and then take your medicines" he hands her the plate, Nandini nods smiling.

Both of them eat their breakfast together, soon after they hear a knock on the door "come in" manik says

It was karan "manik Tu abhi tak ready nahi hua hai? We got an important meeting today"

Manik looks down remembering "oh shit I completely forgot, aaj ki meeting cancel nahi kar sakte?" He looks at Nandini then karan

"Cancel why?" Karan asks

"Nandini is not feeling good, I want to be with her" manik replies

"It already got cancelled twice, ab nahi kar sakte you need to be there" karan informs him

"Manik it's okay Tum jao, I'm feeling better plus main aaj myrah ke ghar jaa rahi hu it'll be fine" she tells him

"Are you sure? I don't want to leave you like this" manik shows concern

"I'm fine trust me" she gives him a weak smile

"Okay" manik turns around and gives karan a nod to which then he leaves their room, manik faces Nandini now holding her hands "I don't want to leave you like this but"

"It's okay manik, I'm fine trust me Tum jao meeting hai good luck" she smiles at him, he sighs and gets up quickly changing in to nice formal clothes.

Manik comes out wearing a suit, he goes to Nandini one more time he was hesitant to leave her like this but he had to go, he had already canceled the meeting twice due to some reasons he could not delay it further.

"Agar Kuch bhi ho call me immediately okay!" Manik tells her off

"Okay promise, now go or you'll be late" she smiles

"Bye" he smiles and leaves.

Nandini gets up and takes a hot shower, she comes out wearing a simple kurti. She had told myrah on messages that she needed to go hospital first.

Ahana was out to college as well which meant no one was home, Myrah was going to pick Nandini up as she didn't feel good to drive.

Myrah arrives there "hiii Nandini!" She hugs her

"Hi myrah" Nandini says but shows no energy, she was feeling weak.

"Are you okay? Kal raat bhi Tum sick feel kar rahi thi" myrah looks at her

"I don't know myrah, that's why we are going hospital for a checkup" Nandini bites her lip "Mujhe jo lag raha hai Woh confirm karna hai then only I will let manik know"

"Nandini mujhe toh 100% yakeen hai that you're pregnant" myrah tells her

"Let's go" Nandini says, both of them sit in the car as they drive off the Nandini's hospital.

She could get a pregnancy test that could be done at home but she wanted to be sure with every test so she wanted to get it done at the hospital.

They arrive at the hospital and Nandini goes in to get the test done, one of the lady doctors at the hospital does Nandini's tests. They wait for around 30 minutes to get the results back from the lab.
