Differences

Few days passed, Nandini was recovering speedily as everyone was taking immense care of her. Aditya, Naina and myrah would come by every second day to check up on her and everything. Nandini was happy as she was recovering but Manik's behaviour towards her was changing which was worrying her, she kept wondering what has happened to manik. She decided to ignore the Amaya thing not trying to make a big deal out of it.

Nandini was trying to take her clothes out with one hand as the other one had sling around it but she was finding it difficult to take out her clothes. As she was trying all the clothes fell on the floor "Bas yahi hona baki reh gaya tha" she gets annoyed

Nandini sits on the knees trying to collect all the clothes as another hand comes in to help her, Nandini looks up it and it was manik he looked up at her as they made a strong eye contact. "It's okay I got it" Nandini tells him

"Tumhe koi problem hai if I help?" Manik looks at her, he puts his phone beside him on the floor.

"Yes, agar tum aise help karege mu latka ke then yes I do" Nandini replies to him, he looks at her rolling his eyes "don't start again Nandini"

"Yeh accha hai, I can't even say anything now something that possibly hurts me. Tum kahi dino se mujhse na theek se baat kar rahe ho na Kuch and it worries me honestly ki Kyu Tum aise achanak badal gaye ho? Have I done something wrong? Please tell me" Nandini pours her heart out

Manik looks at her, he felt really guilty inside for doing all this to her but he knew it was the only way now to keep her safe even though it might hurt her a bit.

"Oh god, stop overreacting for every little thing, Kuch nahi hai I'm busy" he said, he had folded all the clothes and put it back in the wardrobe, Nandini was about to get up as well but Manik's phone starts ringing which was next to her on the floor.

She looks at it and it shows up Amaya's name, Nandini gets shocked seeing her name manik turns around and looks at his phone then Nandini's reaction who was visibly upset seeing her name pop up on his phone.

"Amaya ka phone?" Nandini grabs his phone and looks at him, she manages to stand up facing him.

"Kuch kaam hoga" manik snatches the phone from her, Nandini eyes get teary she couldn't hold it in anymore she was heartbroken on Manik's behaviour and then calls from Amaya to him, it's not like she doesn't trust him but she just felt sad.

Manik leaves the room answering the phone, Nandini turns around as a tear drops from her eyes.

"Nandiniii" Ahana shouts, Nandini quickly wipes her tears and puts on a smile. Ahana comes and and hugs Nandini from behind being careful of her arm.

Nandini puts her arms on her hand "Kya hua, aaj badi khush ho"

"Haan Nandini, tumko manik ne nahi bataya? Aaj rehaan aa raha hai dinner par and he has also invited Aditya, Naina and myrah he made this plan 2 days ago" Ahana tells her, Nandini looks down as her smile fades realising manik hasn't told her anything yet

"H-Haan he told me I just forgot" Nandini tries to hide it away, Ahana breaks and hug and faces Nandini "this is all because of you Nandini, thank you thank youuu" she thanks Nandini

"Don't be, tumhara chotu baby Aur Tum you deserve all the love and happiness" Nandini smiles at her

"You deserve it more" Ahana hugs her, Nandini looks down wondering why manik has changed so much that he hasn't even told her this important thing and he has been hiding so much things from her including the Amaya situation which Nandini still has no clue about.

"Chalo it's already 4pm I'm going to go get ready" Ahana says

"Okay be careful agar Kuch help chahiye then tell me" Nandini smiles, Ahana leaves closing the door behind
