"It'll take about maybe two days trying to figure this out, but that's if I can get a Cleric on such short notice. Especially since the north side has been going through something. So it might take a week? Maybe a month." Sako explains to the group holding onto the red feather necklace.
"There isn't a way we can make this process go any faster?" Techno ask.
Sako shakes his head, "Unless one of you four can speak a god language, or know anyone who can. Then no. Why? Is it that much of a pain to be here again?"
"Considering our leader is outside while it's snowing, yes! It does pain me!" Techno growl at him.
Tommy stayed silent threw the interaction. His teacher had to stay outside because Sako has a no goblin policy, which the boy feels like it's a bit wrong for him to do, but knowing this is the only lead they have Aizawa told him.
"It's better to stay out here and get answers than to convince the mind and end up with nothing."
So his teacher stayed outside, he'll probably go see that bartender and Wilbur, since he was still sick from the spell. He watches the two bicker back and forth about his teacher for another moment before speaking up.
"Techno can you just stop!" He ended up yelling. "Just-" he then sighs rubbing the bridge of his nose. "Can I speak to Sako-" he gets interrupted by him.
"Yeah go ahead."
"Alone, Dave."
Techno narrows his eyes at Tommy as if sicken by hearing his name.
"Fine, just yell if the little one stabs your eyes out." He scoffs before leaving the shop, knocking over some stuff like a child when they're upset.
"My apologies about him, as you can tell he likes our little group." Tommy tries to smiles.
"I know, after all, he was hard to miss with the pink hair and pointed ears." Of course, this town would know a bit more about him than they do. Sako then adds. "While I have you here, I should probably ask you how you'll be able to pay for this kind of service."
"Oh um...well I think I got a bit of gold on me. I can pay that way."
"I was thinking more of an item. I've seen you with that journal on your hip and that thing on your back." He begins to smirks. "You like making things?"
"Well yeah? But you don't want any of my ideas they're not good at all." Tommy grip onto his book, feeling now self-conscious about himself.
"A bad idea is an idea nonetheless."
"You wouldn't understand any of it."
"Try me." Sako cross his arms or the best he could since he did have one and a half arms.
The boy sighs and hesitatingly hand the book over to Sako. The man takes it and immediately tries to scan through the pages. Tommy gets nervous and embarrassed, like the time he climbed into a garden trying to retrieve all the scrolls he was carrying to his teacher shop, only to get caught and getting accused of stealing from the garden. His teacher had to come to get him to try and help him understand, why the lady was mad at him, while also trying to make sense of the situation he got himself in.
Tommy starts to dig his nails onto his hand remembering it. He hopes Sako doesn't get mad at him for his journal of inventions. The grabbing gloves, the bomb birds, the eye patch, different versions of lock crawlers so Henry the first has some friends and so many ideas he thought would be useless but doesn't have the heart to take them out.
"What about this one?" Sako's voice snap him out of thought as he looks over at what he was looking at.
It was one of, many, replacement limbs he was working on.
