Mikasa was escaping from Hange's grip on her
She started screaming in frustration, pain and agony
"Mikasa! You know how much we need Erwin!! We can't let the flame of hope extinguish inside the walls!!" Hange yelled
I simply stared at the commotion in front of me
Levi felt relieved seeing her alive
He was glad that she fur filled their promise to one another
"Armin could do that too" Mikasa said in the brink of tears
"Yes Armin is exceptional but he doesn't have the experience and leadership that Erwin has" Hange reasoned
Mikasa is still struggling from the grip of her superior
"There are also people I wanted to bring back hundreds of them" Hange mumble
Mikasa stopped struggling from her
"I've had to say so many farewell since I joined the Survey corps. But you know don't you? No matter who it is there is a day to say farewell. I know it is impossible but you have to accept it. There will be times you can keep your sanity. It's hard but we need to keep on moving forward" Hange said
I clenched my chest were I could feel my heart beating in a slow pace
Tears started falling down at my eye sockets
Levi went towards to inject the syringe to Erwin
When Eren held his boot preventing him from moving closer to inject the syringe
"Do you know about the sea?" Eren asked in a weak voice
My eyes widen
"No matter how far you look it stretches into the horizon. It's a gigantic lake Armin said there is a sea beyond the walls" he said
Floch tried restraining Eren
"He said we'd go there together that was our dream since we were kids!! And I forgot long ago avenging my mom! killing the titans!! The thought in my head are full of hate!! But he's not like that! Armin cares more than fighting! He has dreams!" Eren yelled
I shifted my gaze to Levi he was contemplating
"Everyone get out of here!!" he yelled
The others started to leave the scene
It was only me and Levi
I went my way towards him
I place my hand on his cheek and gave him a warm smile
His eyes widen
He rubbed his face at my palm to find comfort from the touch
"I will respect your decision" I said with a gentle voice
And gave him a peck on his lips
I left and gathered with the others
All of them had a somber look plastered on their faces
I just sat there with a straight face
A few moments later

I widen seeing the titan that looks exactly like Armin
Levi injected the syringe to Armin
The other looks away in fear
Afraid of seeing a former friend's gruesome death
I saw Berthold he wasn't screaming despite he was going to die
