~||~Trust is earned not given. You are entitled to it if life is fair. Life is unfair and love is not dared. Betrayal is a humanity trait and broken trust is how most people have to compensate. Concerns of the mind and cares are blinded by the betrayal of which we face. Be careful whom you trust and who you love. Not everyone deserves the love you give, the trust you bestow. A beast can tempt you therefore Satan must fall.

POV
QUINN MILES
When I left the house Josh saw me off and reminded me not to stay away too long because he was missed me . Josh Sanders my best friend has stood by me through everything. He made me realise how much I actually missed him too and appreciated him for seeing me off. As I got into my car and drove off. I realised how much he actually means to me as a friend.

The ride back to Sandton was long. When I got back Josepha immediately called to ask if I was back and demanded that we hang out. She also promised me that I was going to meet a special friend of hers. First I denied the offer and she made it clear that it was never up for debate. Josepha is an amazing friend and always looking out for everyone. I mostly love that about her.

When I got to the dorm. I quickly changed and freshened up. I got into my car and went to our favorite spot. The bar around the corner close to my dorms. I have no idea why we hang out at a bar when neither of us actually drank. We literally just sit there and talk and sometimes have a Martini or two if we had a long day. Hopefully whoever she is about to introduce me to is not going to disturb our lives.

After putting on a crop top and a huge pants with tekkies, topped of with a messy bun. I left the dorm feeling comfy and satisfied with my look.

When I got to the bar I couldn't find Josepha at our usual spot so I called her. "Hey, where are you I'm at out spot", I say to her a little frustrated at her and the loud crowd, "We on the other side opposite to our usual spot", she says casually and I allow this to slide because we never sit elsewhere when we get here but I'm tired and I don't feel like arguing. " Okay, I'm on my way", is what I shout into the phone.

When I eventually get there through the amount of crowd I had to push through. I see Josepha with a girl that had black hair, glasses and a piercing through her nose. She was beautiful.
"Hey, Girl", I say towards Josepha. She got so excited to see me she jumped of the chair and on to me, embracing me in a hug. " I missed you, you were gone forever", she proclaims,"Are you okay thou", I slightly laugh at her over exaggeration of my stay in Toronto. "Yes, Josie I'll be okay. Everything will be okay now", I say so more trying to convince myself. There was a awkward silence and then Josie said" Have you met my friend Brook?", for the first time this girl Brook actually looks my way and smiles, "No, I haven't, because you have to much friends to meet", I say with sass."Hey, Brook I am Quinn", I say extending a hand for her to shake. She realises and also does the same, "Hey, its very nice to meet you. Josie here, told me a lot of things about you", she says. Before I could say anything Josie interrupts and shouts "Okay, we are going to get ourselves some drinks". "Josie, you know for a fact we don't drink", I reassure her ," Yes I know that, but no one else has to know that" she says and jumps from the couch. That I only now realise that we were sitting on. Brooks and I just laughed at our crazy friend and we joined her at the bar when she was ordering.

"Josie, I thought we said no drinking"I say, " Yes we can't drink its a Sunday we have school tomorrow ",Brooks agrees and reminds Josie. "Okay ladies ,enjoy your night but I'm not leaving until I get at least 5 drinks into my system", she says and I start to worry because this is not like Brooks. "Josie? what is wrong?", I asked before she could even have self pity. She doesn't say anything and just looks into the crowd ignoring my question. I looked over at Brook and she said," Yes, Josie you know you can tell us anything", and I added,"Yes girl no matter how messed up it may sound", Josie smiled a little and I also smiled a bit.
