If I was a documentarian for this show, I would admit that it was definitely one of those days when EVERY moment is worth capturing. For one thing, MANY shenanigans and funny things happened that would prove interesting if renewed for more episodes.

On the third day of shooting, we learned that we have a new salesman working for us. His name is Ryan Howard, and he's a short guy with black curly curtained hair reminiscent of the nineties.

He would be a great heartthrob on TV. He has a great sense of humor perfect for a documentary! I can't imagine being bombarded with cameras on my first day of my new job, but Ryan nailed it.

This scenario really showed what our office was like, as if we had forgotten that the cameras were there! NO acting going on here. But good timing made it HILARIOUS :D

It was right after Michael was introducing Ryan to me at the front desk and was interrupted by Dwight, as per usual. Dwight was making a complaint about Jim pranking him by putting his stapler in Jell-O. Again. I think Jim had pulled this off especially for the pilot :)

It was a constant battle between me and the cameras. I knew they were there and could film me at any moment, so I tried to keep working. But that is IMPOSSIBLE. The most realistic thing to do would be to notice this and laugh. So I did. And the lens zoomed right in on me. I could feel it!

One of Jim's finest pranks. I honestly DO NOT know how he does it, but I don't need to. Having no clue makes it all the more entertaining. I'm excited to see how Dwight reacts to this in the talking heads :)

No joke, diary. I bet Dwight will say some of the ODDEST, FUNNIEST, OFFENSIVE things in his talking heads. And the best thing is that he doesn't even realize that he's being funny.

So Ryan is awkwardly standing there from all of this, wondering what the hell is going on.

Jim says the most Jimmest thing to say: "Dwight, I'm sorry, because I have always been your biggest flan."

After Michael laughs and tells Ryan, "That's the way it is around here. It just kind of goes round and round," Ryan says: "You should've put him in custardy".

I know, I didn't have to write this whole page to explain it, but it made this TEN TIMES AWESOMER!!!!! Ryan proved then and there that even though it was only his first day and he didn't know anyone, he had settled in to this goofy environment instantly and his personality reflected us. It really suited well for this pilot episode, and I could tell that the crew were hooked.

With every documented scene so far, I'm starting to think that we are getting a greater chance of succeeding every time :)
