I tried to write light smut without tryna be cringe, y'all please support a lil?🥺

but yeah there u go with the story.

Naina's POV

I walked into the washroom after returning from the small walk. The was almost gone now, a glimpse of dark orange peeking through the horizon.

My thoughts went to Ridh. He was better but not the best.

I smiled at how light weight I was feeling now I thought of why's that so? Why did his pain affect me so much and how his cries and pain messed me up.

He is just too precious for this world, so much pain but still so happy. Anyone living with him would automatically know how to smile.

A smile crept up my lips.

Ridhhant. His name meant optimistic. I dont to find it accurate or so ironic.

After a lot of thinking my eyes widened a bit and then it came back that I already knew it.

I love this so-called Bhaiya of mine with a habit of saying 'Holy Eggshells' and want to spend my whole life with this handsome idiot.

Maybe just Maybe, we could spend our life together and take care of eachother.

I blushed on the thought and moved out to see no one in the room so I went to his room and sat on the bed.

He came out after some time looking handsome then ever. "Come we'll make.." I thought what to make. What snack? "Sandwich will work." He said.

"So come on!" I said trying to lighten his mood. I grabbed my phone and out on some music.

I played the music on full volume and sang the lyrics while preparing the omelette

"Matargashti khuli sadak mein..."
(It's a fun song, the translation sounds a lol cringe to me)

I shouted and danced along the beats making the omelette while he was sitting by the toaster taking the toasts out and smiling and chuckling on my child instincts. "Okay stop stop. I'm hungry, ma'am." He said walking to me and handling me the toasts.

"Yes bhaiya!" I said with a teasing grin and arranging the sandwiches. "Fuck off." He said with a scowl and I let out a little laugh.

"Couch?" I asked and he nodded. We both took our plates and settled on the couch. "I'll put some movi-" I was saying and was cut off with the knock on door. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at Ridh, he had the same expression as mine. I went to it and opened the door to reveal Aunty, Sir and Bhumika. I gasped in shock and let them in.

They all looked extremely ashamed and has their heads hung low. As they should, especially Aunty.

I turned to Ridh and he had a shocked expression which turned to worry, "Papa shouldn't you be at the hospital? What are you doing here? Bhumika how did you let him-" He was dropping questions on them until Aunty knelt on floor crying and I gasped.

"Maa!" Ridh said and ran to her and hugged her. "A-are you okay Maa?" He asked pulling away and gently wiping his Mom's cheeks.

"I-im so sorry Ridh.. I'm a horrible mother. I...I-i'm sorry Ridh..so-sorry Forgive. Yo-your Maa pl-please.." She said between her sobs as I saw Bhumi putting a hand over her mouth trying to control her sobs. I could feel my eyes watering as I saw both the son and mother on the floor apologising to each other.

"It's not your fault Maa don't cry...I'm sorry too I didn't come on time..but it's all okay now..don't cry..." He said between his light sniffles. "I shouted at you-"
"It was out of anger Maa..it's all okay. It was none of ours fault but some people...from m-my past." He said and pulled her up.
