"You don't know how much I want this to happen. Everyday, every night I've been wishing for this day to come...I...I..am speechless right now"

Kihyun was so overwhelmed by the thing that he received at the very moment. He can't stop bawling his eyes out. He used to wish upon countless stars every night to make it happen for real.

*Flashback to when Shownu has to leave for his official military service*

"I'll be waiting Hyung. I'd might become impatient often but I'll be waiting forever and Sarang too...right Sarang?"

Kihyun teared up because Shownu has to leave for his official military service in a day.

"Kihyun_ah, even if I'll be apart from you, I'll be still living for you and the promise I made. Also, I've got one more reason to live since Sarang has also became part of our lives. I'll be back soon. Don't worry though I know you'll going to be worried about me but still. Take a good and decent care of yourself and Sarang. Okay?"

Hyunwoo wipes off the tears from Kihyun's cheeks and took Sarang in his arms.

"Sarang..Appa will be back and he'll bring so many gifts for you when he'll return. Till then, listen to your Papa Kihyun, and if he nags, complain to Appa, when he'll be back. Appa loves you Sarang. Kihyun_ah I love you."

Kihyun couldn't hold back his tears and burst out. Shownu embraces him in his arms and caressed his hairs and back.

"I love you too hyung. Be back soon."

Kihyun mumbled

"Alright~ it's late, let's sleep now"

They went of to sleep and the next day, Shownu left for his official military service.

In between many rumors spread in K industry like Kihyun must be married with someone since media can't get anything from him. They assumed that he is married to a woman and probably having a child by now this is  why he is unseen. After seeing all of this rubbish, Kihyun confirmed that their stupid assumptions are wrong and all of the rumors are false. The same things were going on with other members like D*sp*tch  spread rumors about member having affair with some or the other people and somehow it all came out false. All the members cleared that if people won't gonna stop interfering their nose in their personal life, they'll sue them. Those words were strictly spoke by Minhyuk first.

Finally the day has come when Shownu returned from his military service. He chose to quit the service since he has his career to handle as well. He informed about his return to his family and the members except for Kihyun. He knew that Kihyun will still be in that village waiting for him.

Kihyun got a call from an unknown number

Unknown : "Is this Yoo Kihyun? I have something to tell you about Mr. Son Hyunwoo, it's a big hassle caused and he told me to inform you as soon as possible"

Kihyun : "Umm..Yes it's me, and what do you have to say? Is there any problem? Please inform me right now-"

Unknown : "This matter cannot be explained on phone, please arrive at Otgol snow hill of the village as soon as possible. It's urgent"

Kihyun : "But who are you? Hello! Hello?"

"Oh my god, I am getting anxious right now. I should call Minhoon first"

"Hello! Minhoon...I need a help, could you please take care of Sarang for a while, I have some important work and I am in hurry"

"Okay Okay Kihyun .. don't worry, you go and leave Sarang in my care"

"Thank you"

Kihyun walked towards the hill. He couldn't run since it's snowing and the ways were covered with snow.
He finally arrived at the destination and saw few lanterns lit up there, the sky was covered with clouds and snow falling and covering the hill. He took a step forward and found many bouquet of roses and he was making his way on the rose petals.

"I've told you that I'll be still living for you. And this is the most awaited promise that I've been wanting to gift you. I've been wanting to surrender my life, my soul, my everything to you."

Kihyun turned around as he heard those words and what he see is a charming guy stepping towards him with the stars gleaming in his eyes, where he hid one of his hand behind and the other reached out to intertwine with the love of his life. He sat on a knee and ask for Kihyun's hand. The younger gave his hand and then the older caressed it with his thumb and said -

"Kihyun_ah, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to stay by your side forever. I want to wake up beside you everyday. I want to hold your hands and walk with you till I am breathing. I want to take care of you and Sarang, I want you to take care of me. I want you to hold me in your arms whenever i feel down and want to feel the warmth of your love. I maybe the leader of Monsta X but I want you to lead my life and lead me towards the best of me and you and Sarang. I want a life with you where I can breathe the essence of your presence and want to wear the aroma of your love.
Kihyun_ah....will you marry me?"

*Flashback ends*

Kihyun make Shownu stood on his legs and jumped on him for a tight hug. He hugged him like there's no tomorrow.

"You know that I've been waiting everyday for you. I've been gazing at stars every night, counting them like how I count days for your return. My world might started without you and without knowing you but it will end with you and for you hyung. I also want a life with you where my mornings starts with you and the nights spent in your arms. I love you so much, so much hyung."

Shownu released him from the hug and took out a box from his pocket. He opened the box and again sat on his knee and held Kihyun's hand and then he asked again

"Will you marry me Yoo Kihyun?"

"Yes, Son Hyunwoo, yes....I will marry you"

Shownu slid the ring in Kihyun's ring finger and Kihyun did the same.

"You don't know how much I want this to happen. Everyday, every night I've been wishing for this day to come...I...I..am speechless right now"

"Let's go back, Sarang might wanting to see his parents teehee"

They head back at home with Sarang.
Few months later, they held a beautiful engagement ceremony where only the family members, monek members and close friends came and after a year, the wedding took place. It was the most precious day for them. Both of their families were so happy and the members couldn't stop celebrating whenever they get chance to meet up during hangouts
