Hwasang's point of view

I lean against the tree as I sketch out random things throughout the campus. In order to get a good grade on my art project the teacher insisted I'd go get some real world views. So I've been sitting under this oak tree for a hour.

Boring as shit.

I texted Keeho to bring me some food, but he must've lost his way here because that was also almost a hour ago. If he hates me just say that then. A sigh leaves my lips as I look down at my drawing, basic.

Leaves, a tree, a bench and rough sketches of background buildings. Maybe I should've picked a better scenery or am I just having trouble grasping it?

"Hwasang?"

I look towards the voice and Hana waves shyly.

Hana: What're you doing?

I blink.

Me: Drawing.

She lets out an awkward "oh." My mind goes back to the cafe that day and I have to force myself not to ask who that guy was.

Me: Who was that guy at the cafe with you a few days ago?

Embarrassing, em-fucking-barrassing.

Hana: Oh! That's my friend Justin.
Me: Justin?
Hana: Yeah he's in the same photography class as me. He's really nice and invited me out for coffee.

She doesn't need to explain herself to me at all, but that's the kind of person she is. She doesn't like to upset people or have them mad at her.

Me: Do you like him?

Her face turns pink.

Hana: W-we're just friends.

I smile.

Me: He seemed to really like you, or at least be interested in you.

She twiddles her thumbs.

Hana: Maybe.

I stand up brushing my clothes off, I've been here long enough and my brother from another mother clearly isn't bringing me food.

After packing up my bag I swing it over my shoulder giving Hana one last smile before petting her head gently.

Me: I think you two would be cute together.

Her eyes widen.

She doesn't say anything as I walk away, oddly enough my chest feels blurry. As if there's something in it so I can't quite breathe right.

Halfway from the college I see a familiar boy jogging my way with a bag in his hand.

Keeho: Sorry I took so long, I seen this cute butterfly ring at a garage sale right? So I bought it for Lex and once your mom and a few other adults seen it, it was like war flashbacks or something! They all glitched.

I chuckle shaking my head slightly.

Rosè's point of view

My mom and I are in the kitchen making lunch while my dad and the boys talk about absolutely nothing in the living-room.

Mom: I haven't seen the girls around much, busy with school?
Me: Yeah. We're all suppose to meet up tomorrow for smoothies or something.
Mom: Cheri too?

I roll my eyes.

Mom: You two were such good friends until you weren't.
Me: Yeah well people change.

She sighs.

Mom: Cina, Santana and I had our share of petty arguments as well but somehow I can't imagine life without them. Don't you miss Cheri at all?

I do, Cheri and I were the closest out of everyone. Pet of me is just embarrassed to admit they were right about my feelings towards Wonnie. Forgiving them would mean admitting I was wrong.

Me: I do, but I need a little bit more maturing before I reach out.
Mom: That's fair. I will say Wooyoung is driving them up the walls these days so try to mature fast my flower.

Cheri's point of view

My dad is the embodiment of chaoticness. He will have no idea how to make something but if it looks good he will google all the ingredients to make it himself.

He has elaborate bullshit ideas every ten seconds.

Cheri let's make stuffed salmon patties..

You can't cook!

Dad: Man I didn't think it would come out this bad.
Me: At least it's done and not raw this time.
Dad: When your mom is away on trips the no arguing is peaceful, but I do miss her cooking.

He snaps his fingers before typing away at his phone.

Dad: Boom, San said Saelee is making a turkey dinner. Let's go!

I giggle.
