Hwasang's point of view

Hana and I walk side by side around the park. I wasn't expecting a confession from her today that's for sure, I'm still a bit in shock. She looks up at me the same determination in her eyes.

Me: You're cute when you try to take the lead, ya' know?
Hana: I'm serious!
Me: I know.

I know..

Hana: If you give me some lame excuse about being afraid to hurt me I'll kick you.
Me: It sounds lame but it's the truth.

I've already hurt her before, when that happened I didn't really understand why it bothered me so much. Then after my mom whacking me in my head for twenties minutes I got the memo.

People like Hana are gems, they deserve the best and am i the best for her? Probably not. However, I will work to be the best for her.

I intertwine our fingers together making her smile. She's the prettiest to me. Once we get to the playground her eyes light up like a child's.

Me: Wanna' play?

She nods before running over there. I push her gently on the swing and she giggles. For the next half hour we sit there in peace and quiet, nothing but the little squeak of the swing can be heard. Enjoying each other's company is our favorite past time.

We go back to my parent's house and of course my mother was excited to make dinner for us. Hana and my mom talked amongst themselves in the kitchen while Jennie forced me to help her with her homework in the living-room.

The door opens and both my dads walk in. Before they go into the kitchen I stop them.

Me: Both of you smile.
Stepdad: Smile?
Me: Hana is in there and you two will scare her to death if you don't smile.

My dad scratches his head.

Everyone knows when Park Seonghwa and Kang Yeosang's faces are resting it's an intimidating thing. You don't know if they're happy or pissed. During the first year of my life I refused to speak to either one of them unless they had candy or were smiling.

Dad: Only serial killers walking around smiling allday.
Me: Uncle San and Wooyoung smile a lot.
Stepdad: They're unhinged.

As expected once Hana sees my dads she stumbles to her feet bowing and greeting the frantically. My mom stands at the stove with a hand on her hip.

Mom: Hana, Yeosang has puppy boxers and Seonghwa sleeps with a plushie.

"Cina!"

She shrugs.

Mom: It made her loosen up. Roast is for dinner.
Dad: Don't say that too loud Yeonjun might bust in our house.
Hana: Yeonjun?

I nod.

Me: Wonnie's brother, the man loves when my mom makes roast. It's like he can smell it.

The house phone rings and my mom answers.

Mom: Of course you can have a plate Yeonjun.

Hana gasps.

Me: Told you.

Hajoon's point of view

It's been a long month. I'm happy to say my siblings and I are much more family oriented than before. Felix went back to the states, which actually made me kind of sad because I was use to having him around.

Rosé insisted on finding me a boyfriend. So here we are at the mall while she points to anyone she sees.

Me: He's like fifty.
Rosè: So you don't want a sugar daddy?
Me: All daddies don't have sugar.
Rosé: True that!

She takes a sip of her burger before pointing to another boy.

Me: He's facing away from me.
Rosé: Exactly if he looks that good from the back imagine the front.

He has on black sweats and a matching hoodie. His black hair is tossled every which way looking like a little fluffy cloud. He has a dangly cross earring hanging from his left ear.

He does look good from the back.

Me: Alright, I'm going in.
Rosé: Go big brother!

I walk towards the boy waiting in line. Just be cool Hajoon, you can do this. Once I'm close enough I tap the boy's shoulder. Once he turns around I want to yeet myself out a window.

Leedo: What's up man?
