Rin's point of view
I came home from a date with Wonnie to find my mom laying on the couch watching a movie. Her eyes are glued to the screen as she shoves a handful of popcorn into her mouth.
Me: Having fun?
Mom: Hey, how was your date. She sits up so I can take a seat next to her.
Me: It was good, we went to the arcade. Wonnie doesn't care for the place but he knows I love it so he took me.
Mom: I'm happy you're with someone who cares for you the way he does.I smile sadly.
Me: Mom when's the last time you've been out?
Mom: This morning when I went grocery shopping.Oh boy.
Me: No I mean out out. Amongst the grownups they always talk about how cool you were when you all were younger. Apparently Raven was a legend.
She laughs.
Mom: A legend, huh? Maybe because I was the girl who finally tamed Choi San. You see San was a little bit of a whore when we were younger. Eventually he and I started dealing with one another and he started to learn how to love again.
Her eyes twinkle as she goes down memory lane.
Mom: As you see San and I weren't end game. I helped him learn how to cherish people, so when he went to Saelee he was ready that time.
Me: Do you ever regret letting him go?She shakes her head, her jet black hair swaying from side to side.
Mom: It was a mutual decision, and ended with us still being friends. I love he and Saelee's relationship too.
Me: Have you ever thought about dating again?
Mom: I have but men are a pain in the ass.
Me: And women?
Mom: Also a pain, but not as much as men.We chuckle.
Mom: Oh man, if you're worried about my dating life I really must've turned into a loser.
Me: You're not a loser! You're still cool to me.
Mom: I raised a great kid.I give her hug, I'll always be thankful for her.

Hajoon's point of view
I push around my food not being able to focus. Leedo and my mom is having a conversation about something and all I keep doing is sneaking glances at him.
When the fuck did I start crushing on my friend? Did we skip a few chapters or something? Rocky just be writing anything.
Mom: Earth to Hajoon?
I jump.
Me: Hm?
Mom: I said did you need anything while I run out to the grocery store?
Me: Oh, no thanks. She smiles before taking her leave.
Leedo taps away at his phone while -once again- I slowly and carefully look over at him.
Me: So uh, how is that Jisoo thing going? I see Keeho moved on but what about you?
Leedo: We had a long talked and decided to stay cordial. Jisoo isn't a bad person and neither is my brother. They both just got tangled up in my shenanigans. He runs a hand through his hair and I fight the urge to touch it. His hands are veiny and the black rings on her fingers compliment him very well.
Leedo: You good? Your face is red.
Shit.
Me: Yeah just tired.
Leedo: Go get some rest and I'll come back over later.
Me: No!Oh my God.
Me: I mean, you're fine dude. It's whatever.
He raises an eyebrow.
Leedo: Any reason you've been acting so odd?
Me: Odd? How so?
Leedo: Spacing out, blushing randomly and you're pretty quiet. Did I do something?I shake my head.
Me: Of course not, I've just been overthinking a lot lately.
Leedo: Overthinking? You know you can talk to me about anything right? We're best friends.Right.
Best friends.
