Chapter 26

                            Malakai's POV

"I can't believe I hurt you! I-I'll never forgive myself!"

"It's okay! I'm not mad!"

"All I do is hurt people!"

"Baby no..."

"Because of me two people I care about got hurt! First it was Adrian now it's you!"

"What happened to Adrian was out of your control. What just happened was a total accident."

I started wiping her tears away. Her phone started ringing so she went to get it. She answered.

"Hello?"

She went from looking upset to looking absolutely terrified. Her phone fell out of her hand and onto the floor. Then she fell to her knees. I ran over to her.

                    "Phone Call with Adrian*

"Rose? Hello? Are you still there?"

"Adrian? What's going on?"

"Malakai we have a problem...Shane got out."

"What?!"

"There's another problem."

"There's another one?!"

"I saw the video on your account so I went to that Danielle chick's account. Shane's her cousin."

"You're joking."

"I wish I was. You've got a target on BOTH of your backs. She's not okay is she?"

"No. She's frozen. Should I unlock the front door?"

"No. I'm in London on a school trip right now. I'll be there in a few days."

                  *End of Phone Call*
                               
I threw the phone onto the bed and knelt down in front of her. I've never seen this look on her face before.

"Rose? H-honey? Can you hear me? I-it's me Malakai. Baby?"

I tried everything I could. She won't snap out of this.

                       Rosemary's POV
The moment my brother told me everything my mind started going like it's running in a marathon.

Why can't I move?

They're gonna get me.

I'm not safe!

The floor turned into concrete. I looked at my hands and my rings disappeared.

What happened to the chain?

Wait...

I know what this means....

I shut my eyes and started taking my clothes off and started crying.

"Rose!"

Now I'm hearing Kai...

"ROSEMARY SNAP OUT OF THIS"
