This wasn't what Shoto expected.
Shoto dashed to the direction where Katsuki was pulled, dread filling himself. Katsuki was strong right? He can deal with whatever creature was that, right? Shoto wasn't comfortable just by assuming. He needs to know, to /see/ Katsuki was alright.
"Bakugo!"
He yelled once again as soon as he lost track. Heterochromia eyes roamed the vast woods and he ran in any direction, anywhere that he thought would bring him to Katsuki, and as soon as he saw, he gasped in shock.
Katsuki was in his large dragon form, biting the head of such a monstrous snake.
A loud growl was created by the ash-blond as he pulled off the head, throwing it across the ground where the snake blood splattered. Shoto was frozen on the spot, breath hitching. This was different from his encounter with Eijiro's dragon form.
Katsuki looked so similar to the dragon that has been haunting him in his dream.
"No! NO! PLEASE DON'T, STOP!"
The same yells of terror echoed in Shoto's mind. Whose voice was that? Shoto couldn't remember but he felt extremely horrified whenever he heard it and now, the scream repeatedly rang in his ears.
Shoto quickly covered both of his ears, eyes gaped wide at the ground, and trembled, trying his best to calm himself from his anxiety attack. He began to sweat and panic.
Katsuki grunted some and turned his eyes from the snake that dared to try to devour him then to Shoto. He didn't anticipate Shoto to behave such away. He approached with his big steps toward Shoto but the prince flinched and quickly stepped back.
Was the snake the trigger or...himself?
Katsuki reached to Shoto with one of his dragon hands but Shoto kneeled himself on the ground, breath became heavier as he do as much as possible to sink, shrink on the ground. Tears have already flooded Shoto's eyes and he continued to shake from intense horror.
Katsuki transformed back to his human form and landed on the ground, grabbed on Shoto's chin. "What the fuck is wrong with you, hey-!"
He lifted it and he saw how vulnerable was Shoto's expression. He looked in pure fear and was a mess with heavy cries. A soft gasp left Katsuki's lips.
The hand was slapped by the prince and Katsuki was taken aback.
"I...I'm sorry. J-Just give me some time,"
"Oi, I haven't finished yet-"
And with that, Shoto had already run away, leaving bewildered Katsuki.
Katsuki cursed to himself, wondered where did he do wrong.
Once Shoto thought it was far enough, he held onto a tree and caught his breath.
Bending over, the prince wiped his tears and nose with his sleeve, sighing heavily. Now they began to be steady along with his heartbeat, but his mind was still affected. Shoto was so embarrassed to look so vulnerable in front of Katsuki like that.
He mentally scolded himself for failing to stay calm. He did so well to hide it before and now Katsuki will know he was afraid of dragons. At this moment, with a mere sight of a dragon Shoto wasn't sure if he would be able to stay nonchalant anymore.
"There you are!"
A yell and Katsuki stomped towards him, grabbed his shoulder, and spun Shoto so Shoto would face him.
"The fuck was that for?!" Katsuki exclaimed. "You got me worried-"
His words halted and Shoto blinked.
