Chapter 19 : Yamari

The slow yet sharp whisper startled the three semi-dragons. Though they figured the prince must be wary of the announcement that just declared, even though they didn't know that person was Shoto's friend. Or rather, soon-to-be husband. Katsuki grunted some, yelled at some people who blocked his was, and pulled Shoto to stay by his side, walking through with a fast yet not so hurried pace. Regardless, one of the dutied knights noticed them and blocked their way which made Katsuki scowled.

"Fuck off, dipshits," Katsuki snarled. Shoto furrowed his eyebrows from the sight. He could feel something bad would happen after this.

"Five of you are the new travelers, correct? We would like to do a small investigation on you, in case you have what we are looking for," One of the knights spoke which made the ash-blond hissed. His hold on Shoto's wrist tightened and the prince didn't move. He was more surprised by this secure yet calming hold of Katsuki's.

"Ha? What kind of a fucking bullshit is that? You extras are searching for a goddamn lost princess, why the fuck that had shit to do with us? Do we look like fucking royalties to ya?!" Katsuki barked louder, which stole some of the people's attention. Oh no. Commotion, it'll also attract certain person's-

"Is there any problem?" Prince Inasa approached, eyeing the travelers and the knights. "Your Highness. These travelers aren't cooperating and acting suspiciously. We just wanted to do a small observation,"

"Well go ahead and check us! We mean no harm nor we've seen a royalty up close anyway!" Eijiro walked through, grinning, and raised his arms, showing he was perfectly unarmed. Mina and Denki did the same. Katsuki, even though annoyed does the same, showed his large sword too. "What? Travelers ain't fucking allowed to bring weapons? We gotta defend ourselves too, fucktards,"

Shoto wanted to smack Katsuki for speaking such a way. But then again, Katsuki was a king himself. It was probably alright and wasn't that inappropriate for him to talk like this to Inasa...

"How about you?" Inasa spoke, looking down to Shoto. His eyes narrowed as if the omega prince looked familiar to the person he knew. Katsuki immediately stood in front of Shoto, making himself as if the barrier between Inasa and the omega. "She's my omega,"

Shoto, Mina, Denki, and Eijiro were shocked by such a bold statement. Katsuki looked rather relaxed, not feeling uncomfortable at all from having to admit such a statement. "If you fucker gonna whine shit like 'I ain't seeing any claim mark on him,' then fuck off. We have a fucking tradition, alright?" Katsuki's firm arms landed on Shoto's shoulder and pulled the prince close, that the omega almost hit Katsuki's chest with his nose.

"Not until 1 year of the meeting we'll claim our mate. To avoid the regret, resentment, and shits like not getting along well after mating. Getting a new alpha after being claimed is a fucking pain in the ass, anyway," Katsuki continued his lie without hesitance in his words. As if he had planned this all along and Shoto was still bewildered.

Prince Inasa looked at the two back and forth before his serious look fell and replaced with a huge grin. "Well then! Five of you passed. I'm sorry for the discomfort we may cause, you now shall go,"

Shoto couldn't believe this. However, he does know Inasa wasn't so smart in the first place so he figured, a nice disguise and scent cover potion would be enough to fool the prince. But they've known each other for 4 years and often meet for studies and other governing matters. He doubted Inasa have not been suspicious even for a little. Shoto gave the last glimpse before walking forward while still being close to the ash-blond.

Soon enough Katsuki let him go. "Fuck. That fucking baldie was irritating-" his words paused upon the sight of three idiots smiling goofily behind him. "The fuck is with you dumbasses?"
