Zayn's POV

The sound of the clock ticking makes me want to throw it out the window as I drum my fingers against the glass casing. Peering down, I see the different types of stickers that we sell, and I groan from absolute bored-ness.

When I look toward the break room, I see Louis watching Tv with his legs kicked back.

"Louis!" I shout. He suddenly looses his balance and falls over, his body colliding with the carpeted floor.

He groans loudly before picking himself up, glaring at me as he brushes the dirt off of his shirt.

"What?" He asks angrily.

"When do we get off?" I sigh, wiping my face.

"Till closing."

"When is that?"

"How long have you been working here?" Louis asks rhetorically.

"Never mind then," I roll my eyes at him. He goes back to the break room and goes back to watch Tv.

Taking some scratch paper out and a pen, I start to draw some of the stickers in the glass casing, trying to pass the time.

When I hear the door open, I don't bother looking up.

"Hello. How may I help you?" I ask with a bored tone. When the person doesn't answer, I continue to draw, thinking that it's one of those people that don't like socializing. It's not until a hand covers my paper that I look up.

"You again?" I stare at her confusingly.

"That's not a way to greet customers," she says playfully, pulling away her hand to examine the paper. "Cute."

"Did you need something?" I ask her, looking up. It's the same girl that lip-assaulted me a couple says ago.

"Actually yeah," she twirls a piece of her hair around her index finger. "How much for the stickers?"

"Two pounds each and ten stickers for seven pounds."

"I'll get the ten for seven." She says, glancing down at the casing. She starts to choose the ten she wants, and I already begin to ring her up.

When she chooses the ones she wants, I pull them out and place them in a bag as she gives me the amount. Placing the receipt in the bag, I hand it to her with a blank face.

"Have a nice day."

"Wait," she gently grabs my forearm. The touch makes me feel immediately uncomfortable and I pull away. She looks hurt, but shakes it off and pulls away her hand.

"I was-um, wondering if you wanted to get something to eat with me?"

"Sorry but I have a girlfriend," I tell her. The smile falls from her face and she nods.

"Sorry I asked," she mumbles, turning away to exit. Feeling guilty, I stand up and rush over to her quickly. She hears me coming and turns around.

"How bout I bring lunch tomorrow and you can come eat here?" I suggest. A small smile comes back to her and she nods, exiting the store.

Carissa's POV

"Okay so I took you on a tour of the store, taught you how to stack items, and greet customers." Liam says as we walk around the store with a cart filled with different stuff.

"Yep," I nod, stopping him once I find the chips isle. Taking the bag of Lays from the cart, I place it on the shelf and continue to walk with Liam.

"So scale on one to ten, how fun is this job?" He asks.

"A ten," I answer immediately, "because I get to hangout with you."
