Zayn's POV

"Louis hurry up with those boxes," I order him, leaning against the counter.

I get a finger from him as he carries the boxes of CDs to the back.

It's been one week since me and Carissa went on our dinner date, and this Saturday is going by really slow.

She stayed over my place last night. We ate some dinner I made and talked about the boys, and some of her interests. I honestly like it when I can learn more about her, because it draws us closer. Throughout the night, we laid in bed, hugging each other as we drift off to sleep.

This morning I woke up to the sound of my alarm, and I quickly shut it off so that I won't wake Carissa. After I changed into some clothes for work, I grabbed my keys and phone beside my bed. I took a glance at Carissa before pressing a kiss to her forehead. She squirmed to my touch, rolling on her other side before I began to hear her snores. I headed out and locked my apartment, and began my destination to work.

"There," Louis sighs, "I'm finished. Happy?" He makes his way towards the counter, sitting on the chair beside me.

"I'm satisfied," I smirk, watching as people pass by our store like it's invisible.

"I'm so bored Zayn there's nothing to do," he groans.

"Go sort the CDs then," I roll my eyes at him. "I'm in charge of the counter for the day."

"You're so lucky out boss likes you more," he scoffs before walking away from me. He's so sassy sometimes.

The bell on the door chimes, causing me to snap my head towards it. A woman in her early twenties walks in, flicking her hair to one side before sliding her phone into her skinny jeans. When she looks up, a devilish smirk appears on her face.

"Hello," I greet her blankly. "How may I help you today?" It was a requirement to greet customers and ask if they needed help when they walked in. I'm usually the one who follows the rules, unlike Louis.

"I'm looking for some R&B CDs, like from The Weeknd or Jeremih," she looks around the store before turning her attention to me.

"Okay, hold on," I stand up. "Lou watch the counter for me!"

"Whatever!" He shouts back, causing the girl to laugh softly.

"Follow me," I walk towards the back of the store where we keep the R&B music.

"It's right..." I trail off, skimming my fingers through the shelves before finding an album from The Weeknd; Trilogy. "Here." Turning around, she grips my shoulder and pushes me against a blank wall. Her lips attach to mine, and her hands trail down to my crotch, palming me. My eyes widen, and she bites my bottom lip softly.

Push her off Zayn, my subconscious warns. She's not Carissa.

This feels good, another voice says. Let her.

"No," I mumble against her lips, my hands finding her waist to push her off, but I don't. I can almost feel myself pulling her closer towards me.

"You kiss amazing," she whispers, pulling away before taking the CD from my hands. "I'll buy this."

Nodding cluelessly, I follow her back to the counter where it's empty. Louis goes back to the break room, shutting the door in the process.

"How much?" She places the CD on the counter and I scan it, the price showing up.

"£15.21," I tell her. She gives me the exact amount as I open the register and take her money. Putting the money in the register, I shut it and rip the receipt, grabbing a bag before putting the receipt and CD in.
