I was feeling every emotion at once, Harvey Kinkle was about to kiss me. This town really gave me such a harsh whiplash. As we almost touch lips, a hard banging noise fills my right ear. Both me and Harvey jump. As we turn our head, Ambrose Spellman stood on the outside of the car.

"Please keep driving" I panicked.
"Is that...Sabrinas cousin?" Harvey was confused.
"Yes, and he is a very terrible man, I just need you to drive up to my house, please Harvey." I pleaded.

He looked like how Ambrose looked the last time I saw him in bookshop, like he knew I knew.

"DRIVE!" I screamed

Harvey pulled into the driveway and drove down it until we reached the house.

"Do you know what he is?" I felt betrayed once again.
"A warlock? Yes. I didn't know you would figure it out so soon"

I couldn't believe it. I felt like the room was spinning.

"Are yo-" I choke back the tears.
"NO NO NO!! I swear. I used to date Sabrina, once I figured out...you know. I couldn't do it anymore. It was too much, even for me." He pleaded.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"I need to go" I opened the car door.
"No please" he grabbed my arm but I shook him off.

"LYDIA WAIT!" Ambrose called from down the driveway.

It was too late. I unlocked my front door and ran inside. The house was quiet, I peered out the front window to see the car missing by the garage, my parents were still out. Ambrose and Harvey were now fighting in my front yard. My parents will freak if they see them outside. I went to turn the handle when a voice spoke out.

"Come in here Lydia" it was a man.

I froze. I had only heard this voice once, that night. I slowly backed up from the door. Why was he in my home, what did he want? As I made my way into the living room, I noticed the 3 people sitting on my couch. On the left side sat a tall slender woman, she was not friendly, I could feel that in her presence. On the right side was a young man, around my age. He smiled up at me, a devious smile. The last man, was a tall older man with jet black hair, his face motioned for a smile but his eyes meant death.

"Have a seat, Lydia" he motioned towards my dads recliner facing the couch they sat upon.
"What are you doing in my home" I defended my ground.
"SIT!" He slid the recliner across the room and scooped me into the chair, in one flick of the wrist.

"I'd like explain how I could do that but, I'd have to guess you already know how I did it. Well anyway, I am Faustus Blackwood; head of the witches council. This woman next to me is my wife, Constance and my head boy at our academy, Nicholas Scratch."

"I'd love to say it's lovely to meet you but I'm not really feeling that right about now" I spat.
"That's okay dear. We believe you possess a special power...We came to give you a watch dog, just so we can identify this special gift that let you remember. No one ever remembers when the council wants them to forget." He nodded.
"No thank you. There is nothing wrong with me" I shook my head back.
"You are right, there is nothing wrong with you, it's a gift dear." He seemed so calm.
"So where's the dog?"
"Right here" he patted the Nicholas guy on the chest.
"No." I laughed.

Nicholas stared at me, it felt like I was looking into a deep pit. He was cute, black hair, the deepest black eyes and dimples but I don't think my mom would except a warlock sitting in my bedroom while I sleep.

"I cannot read her mind" Constance spoke up.
"Interesting" Faustus spoke. "Well we have other matters to attend, Nicholas, good luck with this one" he nudged to the boy.
"You can't leave him!"
"I am. Your mother will never notice him, he's a warlock, he has stealth."
"No!"
"Do you want the alternative?" He smirked.
I drew back, "what?"
"Death" he dry laughed as he flicked his wrist.

Him and Constance had left me. I was alone with this strange man, in my own home. I wondered if Ambrose tried to warn me? It didn't matter now, he was here.

"Nice place you got here" he smiled again.
"Shut up" I threw a pillow at him, he didn't dodge it.
"That's weird, when you threw that, I couldn't move it with my magic" he shook his head in disbelief.
"Are you saying I'm immune?" I smirked.
"No." He scoffed but his expression said other words.

"I'm going upstairs to take a shower, I don't suppose you need to watch me there." I guided towards the stairs.
"Only if you want me to" he raised his eyebrows.
"Uh, no" I rolled my eyes and climbed the steps, "I'm sure you can find my room, you can have the rocking chair."
"Aw no fun, I wanted to share the bed" he mocked.
"Shut up!" I gagged.

As I showered, I let the warm water run down my spine. My parents were probably at Carlas, it was a late night bakery they recently found an interest in. I wish I was as oblivious as them. I wanted to escape the Wizard hell, just go back to Harvey and I. He knew, he kept that from me. Would I have kept that from him? Maybe.

I had two men fighting in my driveway and another curled up in my room. In every other circumstance, this would be a teenage dream.
