(for anyone who knows anything about planes, i was flying a cessna 172)ok moving onto update!
so, i think i may have figured out a method for me to get phantom wings, which is something i have struggled with.
while meditating today, i focused on pushing energy into my wing nubs, and as i was doing that, i visualized cells splitting. surprisingly, this gave them a lot more feeling, like i could already feel them before hand but this amplified it. it felt like a phantom limb except it was actually there. so then i got the idea, what if i used that method to gain phantom wings? except, instead of visualizing the full wings, i go slowly, and visualize my wings as they grow. once i have a phantom limb of the stage i'm visualizing, i go to the next stage. this may work?i only meditated for 5 minutes before i lost focus sadly. i'm setting a goal though, i want to be able to meditate for 30 mins straight by the end of october. that gives me a bit less than two months! if i meet that goal, ummm i'll come up with something to motivate me later. any ideas?

oh i should probably mention, i'm going to do updates by the day now, instead of grouping them into a weekly update
