Epilogue

"Babe, may result na!" I yelled from our room.

"Huh? totoo ba?" he asked, half naked with a toasted bread in his mouth. I sighed.

"Yeah, but put your clothes first,"

"Gago, kinakabahan ako..." he stated, completely ignoring what I said.

It's the release day of his board exam and I really know that he's gonna pass it! We've spent our struggles and sleepless nights in med school and now I know that he's gonna pass it, I'm truly claiming for it.

"Tingnan na natin!"

"Ikaw na lang tumingin tapos sabihin mo na lang, kakain lang ako do'n," and he turned his bare back at me. Alam kong hindi ko na siya mapipilit kaya binuksan ko na ang website kung saan ang results. Naiintindihan ko naman siya at baka kapag ako na ang nag board exam ay mas malala pa ang reaksyon ko.

The sort of the passers are alphabetically so I just scroll as I hear my own heartbeat beating rapidly. I slow down when I reach the letter 'B'.

"Bautista... Bautista..." I whispered as I scrolled.

I really salute the people who passed the exam. I clearly understand how hard it is, how many sleepless and crying nights they experience to make it all the way to the top. I can clearly see how much I change after I enter med school. I do not even have time for myself because of how many workloads I do.

I must say that I'm still surviving med school because Andrei is by my side all the time.

456 BAUTISTA, LUCAS ANDREI

"Fuck..." I closed my mouth using my hand so I can't make any noise because I don't want to spoil Andrei! "Fuck, fuck, fuck..." I whispered and jumped into our bed.

My boyfriend pass the fucking exam!

"Shit, I want to cry..." I whispered to myself.

I silently walked down the stairs. I caught him zoning out and not touching his food. I chuckled. He must be so nervous right now. Gosh, my baby is a Doctor now!

"Doc, what are you eating? Can I have some?" I said.

"Huh? Ito oh," wala sa sariling binigay niya sa akin ang pitsel na walang laman. Gusto ko siyang tawanan dahil sa kalutangan niya pero pagbigyan natin, kinakabahan e.

"Thank you, Doc." I said. He looked at me with furrowed eyes. I arched my brow. Napangiti ako ng bumuka ng kaunti ang bibig niya, nakuha na ang kanina ko pa gustong iparating. I opened my arms for a hug so he slowly hugged me and rested his head on my tummy because he's still sitting in the chair. I chuckled. "Congrats, babe. I'm so proud of you!"

Hindi pa rin siya makapagsalita. Inalis niya ang yakap bago tumayo ang ibinaon ang mukha sa leeg ko. I caressed his back. I sighed when he's still not putting his clothes on.

"Totoo ba talaga?" he turned to me so I nodded and smiled at him. "I love you," he whispered and crouched to give me a swift kiss..

"I love you more." I whispered as I gently touched his curly hair. We celebrate inside our condo that leads into making out. Now, where under the sheets naked. He gently caressed my silky hair while he's in my back that makes me so dizzy.
