I was called along with Annabelle to tell my story and say that Grace's actions regarding my sister and I made no sense at all and she felt no remorse in her actions. We can all see after all the testimony that she had her reasons for everything. If she had merely asked us we could have gave her proof that we weren't her children. But in the end we proved to her beyond a shadow of a doubt we were not her children. The trials of Elena Lincoln and Brad Jones ended and this one began, everything in the trials were used to defend Grace and she got a lot of community service, she had to see a psychiatrist until they say she is okay again. Somehow they got these trials completed and she was exonerated of all charges against her license. They also found that he shooting the two who manipulated everything that caused her breakdown caused her to act out a buy a gun after finding out the two who worked to cause her all these issues, she wasn't in the right state of mind when she shot them. They gave her probation and she agreed never to own another gun and to continue her treatment by her psychiatrist. After hearing everything Annabelle and I felt badly for her and her family.
Annabelle
We sat through the trials and got the full story on everything including how Jack Hyde was paid to to grab us and then how he and Grace became obsessed with us. I have to say Carrick got a great attorney to get Grace off of some very serious charges. We did not want to press our own charges after hearing everything that went along with her story. We found out why she didn't want to see, know or hold her twins. She was a victim of rape and carried to full term and knew she couldn't be a mother to a child or children of a man that raped her. So when we showed up looking like him, she thought we were taunting her and wanted revenge for giving us up. Again she should have asked us, but had we been her twins we might have been brutal to her.
Carrick
Grace is being held at the psychiatric hospital. Apparently along with everything else her nightmares concerning her rape had intensified since seeing the Steele girls. I, Grace, her attorney and her psychiatrist have had long talks about everything and I want to cry about everything that has happened and that I failed to notice things and to get her the help she needed to clear her name and her thought processes were not up to par to think it all through and decided to shoot the ones she suspected. She was right about Elena and Brad, but wrong about the Steele family. After hearing the full story the Steele family decided to drop the charges against her. They might never speak again, but they listened to everything and came to understand why Grace had acted in such a way. So did the jury and they had mercy on her and gave her community service and probation and she can't own a gun. She also has to keep up her visits to a psychiatrist after they release her from the psychiatric hospital. Her license suspension was removed based on the evidence that proved she made no errors and did not change medical records.
Grace
I was given community service, probation, I can't own a gun, I have to stay in the psychiatric hospital until they allow me to leave. I have to continue on with treatment and finally my license suspension was reversed and they will be remarks in my files regarding my innocence and Dr Jones guilt. The trial is over with and I finally look at the Steele twins and see that they look nothing like me or my rapist other than the eyes and the brown hair. They are short and we are both very tall. My rapist was killed by one of his victims fathers in the act of raping another girl. The man served six months for manslaughter. I kept track of where he was at every moment, which is why I knew about his death. I paid for an attorney for the man who killed him. Otherwise he would have served a life sentence. Things were going amiss long before the Steele twins arrived. I finally realized that things started happening when the Lincoln's lost their main source of income and had to sell everything. They somehow got the Steele family to buy there home and their building in the downtown area of Seattle. Their home was three houses from ours. My charts started having issues before that and I was researching everything and repairing the errors as I caught them. I failed to communicate this to the administrator. Ginnifer Sully came in and it all blew up on me. I couldn't get into her records to fix what someone changed. So they suspended my license at that point. Brad had no idea they had and kept changing things on my patients records. The medical board was asked to look into the records further than the dates I actually had treated anyone. They found a lot of things and they knew I had nothing to do with the changes. Brad had hacked into my records and didn't check and see what I was doing and where I was at. Investigators helped me out. Barney was a great help to me behind Christian's back of course. Now I wished I had spoken to all my family. My psychiatrist has had group sessions to bring out grievances we all have towards one another. Talk about a volatile session. We finally settled down and talked everything out. Tomorrow I go home and we are having a group session every other week and mine are once a week. I am being reevaluated and I have high hopes that they will give me a good evaluation. I think it is good to talk things out. I am going to continue my therapy and get my family to keep the group therapy as well. Carrick finally divulged that Elena tried to get him to go out with her and to dump me, but he refused.
