Chapter 27

A few months passed ......

Bill has Beverly on his lap and they are kissing.
"Bill...I love you" she said between kisses. Bill has his arms around her shoulders they went all the way down to her waist. She kissed his neck and Bill kissed her neck as well.
"Are you sure you are fine with this?We can wait...you know" said Bill starring at her eyes. She nodded knowing that Bill won't hurt her the way her ex did.
Bill continued kissing her lips and she responded to his gestures. At some time, their clothes were on the floor leaving them exposed to each other.
Bill looked at her one last time looking for her approval, she smiled and went to back to kissing her neck.
Beverly kisses his shoulders. He helped her lay down in bed and then kissed her again. She was shaking, as many thoughts filled her mind, but she wasn't paying attention to them anymore. All that matters is that Bill will go easy on her. He moved forward and Beverly made a sound...

That night was filled with joy for both Bill and Beverly. Now, they were sleeping on the bed.
Beverly woke up first and walked to the bathroom.
"Bev, what happened?" Bill asked
"Nothing, I loved it. I didn't know I will be able to do it without thinking about...you know..." she smiled
"I am happy to know that" he said as he got closer to her and kissed her passionately on her lips.
"I should get dressed I am hungry" she said and put her flowery dress.
Bill looked at her. The dress was reminding him of their innocent relationship when they were 13. 
"What? Are you okay ?" She giggled
"I'm fine, but you are stunning in that dress."
"Thank you, Billy. I'll get the dinner ready." and she left downstairs

Beverly wants to have children with Bill, but what if they aren't ready to? What if she can't get pregnant due to her traumas? All of these questions pop up in Beverly's head and she's overwhelmed by them.

Bill came to eat and Beverly asked him.
"Bill, do you want children?"she asked
" Yes, why do you ask? You don't want to?" Bill responded with a question
"Yes, I want to, but what if can't get pregnant ?" she cried
"Don't worry, it's plenty of time for kids. If you can't get pregnant, we'll figure it out, like a family" he took her hand and smiled
Beverly smiled back, happy that Bill is an understanding husband, but that wasn't her concern.

After a few weeks, Beverly was feeling fine, no morning sickness, no cravings, no nothing. Her period didn't make its appearance, but she was used with it's changing days, so she didn't payed attention to that. She made an appointment so, when Bill went to work, she hoped in the car and went to the doctor's office.
Her name is Sarah and she seems nice.
"Alright, Beverly what happened?" she asked
"Well, I haven't got my period in a while and I wanted to know that if is any possibility to be pregnant." Beverly responded, and suddenly she felt sick to her stomach.
"Don't worry, Beverly. We'll figure it out." she smiled and asked Beverly to take the urine test.
Beverly walks in the bathroom and runs the test, after that she walks at the doctor and handed her the cup.

After a while, the results came in.
Sarah read them and smiled. Beverly looked at her and smiled back. It happened, she'll have a kid. Bill will be so happy. They'll be a happy family.
"Congratulations, you are pregnant, Beverly." the doctor smiled
"Thank you, doctor. Is there any chance of taking an ultrasound of it?" asked Beverly hopeful.
Sarah nodded and welcomed her to take a seat on the bed. She rubbed Beverly's belly with the specific blue liquid.
"It's fine, it's so small. Take a look" she showed Beverly the small child that was growing inside her.
"It's to soon to tell if he's a boy or a girl?" Beverly asked even if she knew the answer
"Yeah, it's just a month. Here are the heartbeats."
Beverly cried when she heard the beats.
Father the ultrasound, Sarah explained to Beverly everything she needed to know about pregnancy and what she should avoid.

Beverly got home and saw Bill.
"Where were you?" asked Bill he looked worried
"I have a surprise for you." Beverly smiled
"Wait, it's my surprise in this envelope?" Bill asked
"Yes, open it"
Bill opened the envelope and saw the ultrasound. He smiled and kissed Beverly.
"We'll have a baby. We'll have a baby" laughed Bill as he was spinning his wife around . 
"I love you, Beverly." he kissed her cheek and helped her get in bed.
"I can walk on my own, thanks" she laughed
"Oh, no Beverly. You're going to rest and design and I'll do everything else for you." Bill smiled at her
"No, Billy. I will take care of the house and only let the hard things for you. I will take rest as well."
"Suits for me." Bill said and kissed Beverly again.
