Chapter 20

After Bill and Richie came back to the others,

Stanley was standing on the floor. He was thinking that tomorrow they will defeat the clown that has tormented him for long enough. He wants to be free of this thoughts he no longer wants to share with his friends. 
He looked at Samantha who was sleeping on the bed.
"I want to be with you"whispered Stan and other thoughts filled his head.
"Can't sleep?" asked Bill and sat next to him.
"No" answered Stan
"After we defeat Pennywise, I will propose to Beverly." said Bill
" Do you think it's a good idea?" Stan asked " I mean, are you both ready to do something like that?" continued Stan
" I don't know, but we love each other." said Bill and smiled
"I am happy for you two" smiled Stan back
A strange noise was heard and the boys stood up. 
"Let's go now" said Bill
They both went to wake the others and went in the sewers.
"I will eat youuuuu allll!!!Billy, Georgie's missing you......you killed him! Bevie, your ex is near!!!!!Mike, Ben you are worthless, they couldn't care less about you! Richie, Eddie, should I tell your parents about you....Stanley, just kill yourself....they all hate you. You are annoying with your problems!" giggled Pennywise
"No!" said Bill "We won't listen to you! We re together!" he continued
They looked at each other and started to fight with him.
" We have to introduce me your new member. Heya little girl....I should eat you...." Pennywise came closer to Samantha
"No, don't touch her!"said Stan and jumped in her defence
"You have feelings for this one, don't you?!"said Pennywise and almost stabbed Samantha, but Beverly got the hit instead
"No!!!!!!!!!!!" cried Bill
Beverly blacked out and Bill ran towards her and caught her in his arms.
"No........" cried Bill again
"Answer me...Bev, please wake up!!" cried Bill
Pennywise laughed. Bill got up and stabbed Pennywise in his heart.
"Go to hell!" yelled Bill
Then he returned to Beverly who was lying unconscious on the ground.
"Help me, please!" cried Bill
Bill couldn't feel his legs anymore and almost fainted, but Stan caught him.
"Let's get out of here, let's help her, please!"cried Bill in Stan's arms.
"She will be fine, She's a fighter, Bill." Stan responded
They carried Beverly to the nearest hospital. She was in a bad condition. Bill can't stop his tears.
"What if she dies? I don't want her to die. I love her! She's the love of my life." said Bill
"Bill, let's get you to sleep. You need to rest." suggested Stan
"No, Beverly needs me." said Bill crying
"Beverly needs Bill in good shape. Now I will take you to sleep. After you sleep, a little I will take you back to her." replied Stan
"Ok...promise me, Stan. I won't go anywhere if you don't promise me!"
"I promise, Bill. Let's get you home. Guys, stay here, and call me if anything happens" responded Stan

Bill and Stan arrived at Bill's house.

"I will try to sleep for Beverly." Bill said in a low voice and went on his bed.
Stanley looked at him and sighed. Bill was walking in his room. Flashbacks of Beverly are running in his head and a stupid voice calls him worthless.
"I wanted to marry her. I couldn't protect her from IT. I am a loser. She deserves someone better, like Ben perhaps. He will treat her good. I know he would. She'll die if she keeps being my girlfriend." thought Bill
The thought of Beverly being in pain, pained him more than her being with Ben, so he will make the only logical move....He will break up with her and move on.

Stan came in his room to check up on Bill. Bill looked hopeless and lost, like all the happiness in the world disappeared.
"I will break up with Beverly. It's for the best."
"No, that's the worst idea you ever had, Bill. You can't make decisions when you are like this. You love Beverly and she loves you. Pennywise is gone for a while. You should go for it and ask her to be your wife." affirmed Stan
"I am not good enough for her. She-"
"No, Bill. You are the best. She needs you and you need her. Don't make the same mistake I did." interrupted Stan
"But Samantha came back to you. Bev won't come to me."
"You called her, remember? Samantha wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you two. If you break up will Beverly, I will haunt you down, Bill." laughed Stan
Bill raised his lips and smiled at Stan's remark.
"Now, go to sleep. I will call Sam to find out more about Bev."
"Will you tell me if you find something?" asked Bill
"Of course I will." answered Stan
Stan took his phone and called Samantha, but Richie answered instead.
"Bonjour mon amour, how are you feeling today?" asked Richie in a mocking tone.
"Shut up, Richie, it's not a good time for your stupid jokes"
"You are no fun" replied Richie"How's Bill?" continued Richie
"He's sad, really sad. Is Beverly stable?" asked Stan
"Beverly's still in the surgery. Eddie's with her. Eddie told me that she might not make it." replied Richie
"How am I supposed to tell Bill that?.....I will find a way...Rich?
A alarm was heard in the hospital
"Not now..." Richie hung up.
