Chapter 14

Stan tired to get some sleep, but his thoughts wouldn't let him get a break. He walked to the bathroom to wash his face . Samantha's words were true. If she wasn't there, he would've been dead. All of his friends were happy with their lives, but he wasn't. No matter how much he tried, he hates himself and what he has become.
He went back to his bed and looks at his arm filled with scars from his  last attempt. The thoughts of doing it again were racing trough his mind like racing cars.
He takes the razor and makes a new cut that relieved him a little and then others followed
Bill knocked on his door and opened it.
"Stan, why?" he asked
Stan just cried and looked at his arm full of cuts. Bill took him in his arms and let him cry in his arms.
"I want to help you, I really do. You have to tell me how, Stanley." Bill said.
"Let me die" he continued to cry.
"No, I won't. You are one of my best friends and I can't leave you like this. Come over to my house and you are going to spend the night with me and Beverly." Bill suggested
Stan nodded and got up . They both went to Bill's house.
Beverly was sitting on the couch watching TV.
"Hey Beverly, I brought Stan to stay with us."
"Shhhh....Billy it's important" said Beverly distracted by her favourite tv show.
After Beverly's show ended they went to sleep.
Bill went with them in his room.
"Stan, you will sleep with Beverly and I'll sleep in the floor. Ok?"
"Okay..." said Stan sadly.
The next day, Richie knocked on Bill's door.
"Big Bill!!!!! Open up.... I am freezing!!! Ok Bill, I will burst in there." Yelled Richie and smashes the door. 
He walked upstairs and saw Stanley on the floor with his wrists cut.
"Bill! Bev! Wake up!!!!! We have to get Stanley to hospital, now!!!!!"  Yelled Richie
" Ok, ok"
Bill and Richie lifted Stanley and rushed to the hospital.
They took Stanley and told them to wait.
"He will be fine...I hope so.." said Richie.
"I'll call Samantha. He was happy when she was here." Bill said and walked to the phone...

" Hey Samantha. I am Bill. It's about Stanley. He is in the hospital. He cut his wrist. Please, come here. I will explain to you once I see you." Bill said.
"Is he awake?" she asked
"No, but he's stable for now. Please, hurry. I don't know how he will handle without you." Bill responded sadly.
"Ok, I will come"
He went back to his friends and sat next to Beverly.
"What did she say?" asked Beverly
"She said she'll be there. We just have to wait." Bill responded.
"You are here for Stanley Uris?" the nurse asked
"How is he?"
"He is going to be fine, but be more careful next time and now I have to ask you to go home!"the nurse exclaimed.

Bill woke up before Beverly and he decides to cook for her.
He walks downstairs and prepares her breakfasts Beverly wakes up as well and heads downstairs.
"Morning Billy" she said and kissed his cheek.
"Morning Bev, here's your breakfast." he hands her the plate.
"Thanks" she hugged Bill.
Bill went upstairs and made the bed and got dressed.
" Do you want to hang out today?" he asked
"Yeah, I could use some fresh air." Beverly responded
They walked together at the Quarry and looked at the sky.
"We should do something for him. To make him feel better. I feel responsible for this."
"Don't be, Billy. He is really sad and he doesn't know how to handle it, we have to help him figure it out. He couldn't be happy after one week, Bill. It's impossible, but he is making steps to get better. Please, don't blame yourself for what happened to him, for me, for everything. It's not your fault. I love you too much to see you like this." Beverly stated.
"Thanks Beverly. I love you too. Do you feel better? With....you know..."
"Yes, Bill. I just have episodes of what happened in the past. I am fine. I have you know and all of our friends." Beverly responded giving him a kiss on his lips.

They went back home and they  found Richie and Eddie in the front of the house.
"Let's go to Stan. Ben and Mike are already there."
"Ok...Let's hope that Samantha came as well."
