Someone ran up to Filaen as they went to ride upon Fírnen and gave them a slab of meat. He said thank you but the boy was already gone.

Filaen and his dragon sat upon Fírnen and he seemed to have no trouble lifting all of them. Waving to the people of Ilirea, Fírnen took off. Filaen had trouble staying on, but eventually the pace steadied and Fírnen steadied.

Now that he had the time, he broke off a chunk of the raw meat and handed it to his dragon. It snapped it up, and cocked it's head. He broke of another chunk, this one larger, and the dragon ate at it.

        "Arya?" I asked the elf.

"Yes?" she replied. "I'm thinking of naming my dragon something new. Not a name that has been used before." he said to her.

Arya looked at him. "Maybe you should name him in part of arget, which is silver in the ancient language." she said to him.

"Maybe... Argaroth?" He said, combining the name of the legendary dragon Umaroth with Arget.

"That seems perfect. Ask your dragon if he agrees." she said, and then looked onward.

He felt around his mind, and found his dragon. He tunneled in and asked, "Do you like Argaroth?" The dragon sent feelings of happiness and then calmed to keep on nibbling on his meat.

Feeling satisfied, he now address to his dragon as Argaroth. Looking down, he saw the landscape rushing by extremely quickly.

After hours of flying, they were in the middle of Bullridge and Gil'ead, or so Arya said. Midnight was fast approaching and Filaen wanted to sleep, so he dozed off with Argaroth.

When Filaen awoke, Argaroth was still asleep and half of the meat slab was gone. "Fast eater." he thought. They were on the ground - that was obvious. On the horizon, he saw forests. Arya was awake, and saddling on.

She looked back at Filaen. "Good Morning, Filaen. While you slept Fírnen got as north as Gil'ead. We are fast approaching Ellesméra"

Fírnen's eye opened, and he spoke into my mind. "Hello young one".

Speaking out with his thoughts he replied nervously, "Hello Fírnen" and then shrunk back into his mind. Fírnen's voice was very deep and thoughtful.

Saddling up onto Fírnen, he grabbed Argaroth and he looked up at me with dismay. "We have to get to Ellesméra" he said to Argaroth, and they saddled up and flew off.
